Hellriggle has installed 2 garage doors for us this year. They have been the most professional contractor we have ever hired. They were very straight forward with their process and accurately advised us with what we needed. They were able to get us on their schedule and completed the work ON TIME. As a manager of a large, local general contractor, I routinely interact with multiple different contractors on a daily basis. Hellriggle has been one of the best contractors I have been able to work with locally and regionally. This company is honest, trustworthy, dependable, and provides top quality service. Please call them for any of your door needs and DO NOT be tempted to look elsewhere.

From estimate to installation to ease of contact, Helriggle did an outstanding job in record time. The specialists who put in the door were very easy to work with and they not only did great work installing the new garage door but made an obvious point to clean up everything during and after the job. My wife and I are very impressed and recommend them highly.

We had an unexpected garage door failure (are they ever expected? Anyway...), and contacted Helriggle. They were able to quickly assess the damage and offer suggestions on repair at a fair rate. Unfortunately for us it needed replaced. We had our new garage door up and running the next afternoon. The technicians were professional, handled removal and cleanup, and the owner came by to see the end of the project. Highly recommend contacting them for any garagedoor needs! While unexpected, we're beyond happy with the updated look and function of the new door and opener (wifi/app enabled!)

Harley's crew installed a new overhead door and opener for me and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond with the installation and explained all of the features of the new opener to me. Price was great and service was exceptional. I have been doing business with them since the 90's and will continue. Highly recommend.

I want to give credit where credit is due, I have been using this company off and on for about 15 years, never once have I had an issue. Recently Harley and his staff came out to put doors in my new addition at my office, they left the job site cleaner then they found it, they delivered on everything they promised and actually came in cheaper than the quote that he originally gave me. It is refreshing to find a contractor that will actually show up and do what he promised

Helriggle Door Solutions installed our garage doors at West Alexandria EMS. Working with a local family-owned business has been a huge plus for us. We were looking at a new medic unit and needed more space, they made several trips to our station to ensure we had what we needed before the start of the project. They completed the door installation with no interruption to our services. We recently had an issue with a door, (caused by us) I called them on a weekend and left a message. The door was operational, so we were able to wait until Monday. They came to our rescue, repaired the door and adjusted the track. Looking for a upgrade or repairs to current doors, I would highly suggest calling this local company.

I recently purchased a house were the previous owners attempted to put on two new garage doors and openers. They never worked right and half the time wouldn't work at all. I was telling my neighbor about the problems I was having with the garage doors and he recommended Helriggle Door Solutions. I called them and they were able to come out the next day to fix my garage doors. Harley and his helper were very professional and experts at fixing other people bad work. They were able the replace the old worn out springs and cables and adjust my garage doors so they work like new. They even put up the outside weather stripping and locks. They cleaned up all the mess and told me if I have any more problems to let them know and they will be back to fix it. I typically wouldn't call a professional to do something like this, because I knew it wasn't going to be a cheap fix. It took them about 2 hours to fix all the problems I was having and it was money well spent. I have spend hours before just trying to program a garage door, these guys know exactly what to do, I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend using them for all your garage door installation or repairs.

We ordered a garage door, but decided to wait before buying a new garage door opener. When the door came in, it was the wrong style. It was close to what we wanted, but a little different. My husband went and looked at it, and they offered us a discount if we went with it, or a lesser discount if they had to re-order the correct one. We ended up going with the one that originally came in, and took the discount. We then told them to go ahead with the new garage door opener. I love the new door which is insulated and very sturdy for our two car garage. The opener is super quiet and is synced to our phones, so we can open/close the door while away if necessary. Services Rendered: We had our garage door and opener both replaced.

Didn't arrive at scheduled time - I had to call company and see why they were late. However, they did a good quality job once they arrived. I used them previously to install new exterior door on house and new garage door. They do good quality work. Services Rendered: Installed new storm door.

THEY HAVE GOOD WORK ETHICS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY ARE A VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT CREW TO HAVE AROUND. Services Rendered: THEY HAD TO PUT IN SOME EXTRA SUPPORT BEAMS TO HOLD WEIGHT OF THE NEW TRACKS AND MOTOR. THEN THEY INSTALLED MY SINGLE GARAGE DOOR.
