We've had them do both installation and repairs. Called on Saturday afternoon with a part for the garage door opener that had come off the drywall inside the garage. Had them come in on Monday morning for service. Scheduled and called beforehand that someone was on-the-way. Repair was done in 2 hours. They communicated what had been done, and what possibly caused the issue. Pricing was very fair. I recommend them.

I had two 9x9, insulated doors installed in my shop. After waiting for them to arrive (thanks, COVID....) these guys showed up and had them installed within 3 hours. All the work was done well, agreed upon price was fair, I am a happy customer. Shop local when you can!
I had Oaks install the garage doors on my new garage almost 10 years ago and they did a perfect job then. I have had them service the doors as needed and recently had them come out to repair a garage door at my son's house. Called the company around 11am, they told me they could make it out this afternoon. By around 1pm Jamie had arrived, checked out the problem and replaced both door springs. He was quick, friendly and professional. It's customer service like that that will have me calling back if I ever need assistance again. Thank you Jamie, great job.

I had 2 different garage door springs break in one week, and this company was recommended to my by the previous owner of our house. The service was fast, very fair priced and they were very flexible with my needs, especially when the second one broke as we were leaving town. They worked around my unique needs and we trusted them to replace the spring and move the vehicles necessary as well as lock up the car and garage after they were finished so we did not have to cancel our plans. Incredibly fair, helpful and trustworthy, I can't recommend them enough!!! Thank you to the staff and owners, we have met so few contractors in the area we would speak so highly of!
My wife and I visited their showroom looking for a new garage door. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. After making a door selection, he gave us (3) color samples to take home to match our house trim. We scheduled a time for a measurement and the crew was prompt and professional. They ordered the door immediately and after it arrived about a week later, they made an appointment with me to have it installed within two days. An employee called me the morning of installation to advise the crew was on the way. They installed my new door (16 x 7) and new opener within two hours. They hauled away the old door and did a great job explaining all the features of my new opener and cleaning their work area. I highly recommend this company for your garage door and/or opener needs.

I had someone scheduled to come measure for a new garage door, and when I came home from work my chain link fence along my driveway was bent! I had to call them and find out what was going on. Luckily one of my neighbors saw their truck in my driveway, so I knew it was the driver who bent my fence. They came out the next day, fixed the fence but never took measurements. I didn't know that until I went to their office to order the door. A worker came out the same day to take measurements, and we were in agreement that a door would be ordered. I waited one month and finally contacted them. The man tried to say he left me message, but that was a lie! I am happy to say a new company will install a new door tomorrow and for less money. I would never recommend Oakes, and I have told numerous people of my issues with this company.

Verified type and size of door on day of first call and quoted. Next morning installed door in less than two hours. Actually the entire process from getting an estimate to completing the installation went extremely well. Estimate was accurate and the installer arrived on time and completed the installation as they said he would (actually he was 20 minutes early the day of installation). We were leaving for vacation the following day and the spring on our garage door opener broke that morning. I called Oakes Door Service, who had worked on our doors previously, and asked if they could repair the door since I couldn't open it. They said they were all booked up for days but because we were leaving on vacation, they said they could squeeze us in late that afternoon. Oakes stands behind their work! They replaced springs on several of our doors over the past two years. Today, they spent an hour here at no-charge to resolve a problem stemming from one of the replacements six months ago. I called them last night, and they were here at 9:00AM today. Communication is also great. They called in advance to let me know that they were on their way. Good customer service goes a long way and Oakes earns an A+ in my book.
