Wanted a motorized screen door for my garage. I looked at multiple companies and settled on Boss Garage Door and Screen Solutions in Holly Hill. Initially it was the customer service response I received by both Taylor and Chyna in the office. I made an appointment and an installer came out took measurements and provided options for me. I made my selections (no pressure for a sale). I was told materials were taking a while for delivery but they would try to get them as soon as possible. They arrived within the timeframe given to me and immediately scheduled the install. Installation went very smooth. The crew (2 people) were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the whole process and would absolutely recommend their service to anyone. We had our screen garage installed back in 2019 best thing we ever did. Today I needed it checked was not closing all the way Caydon came with another worker checked, adjusted & it was fixed. They were very polite & courtesy thank you.
Excellent workmanship, quick response, knowledgable, friendly. This company definitely goes that extra mile. Justin and Cayden repaired our door when it was off rail, rail bent, door bent, top of door fell apart - major problems. They came out shortly after we called and repaired the door so it operates better than it has since it was installed by another company. Will always use BOSS for any garage door or screens. Justin and Cayden were only scheduled to look at problem and to come out to fix at later date, but, they said they would fix right then because we had such a major problem. Great guys, great workmanship and so friendly and thoughtful of our need.
The usual garage door company we have used for years could not take care of a broken spring for 2 weeks. My wife called around using Yelp and found Boss who came out the next day and fixed the door allowing my wife to get her cars out of her garage. Thank you
Jimmy and his son put on a whole new enclosure on our back porch they did a phenomenal job very prompt when they said they would be here they were here. What a nice family man he is talking with him. What's finished with the job it looks beautiful he answered all my questions he came back the next day to finish up did everything so professional the doors put on perfect. I could not be happier. I will definitely recommend this company. At the end I couldn't believe how much they cleaned up all of their stuff there wasn't a bit of screen left in the yard. Poor follow up. Took several calls to get them confirmed to show. Sent a guy (super nice) but he couldn't handle the job and was late. Person responding on Y is not the owner but someone in the office. Couldn't get the job done. Seemed over subscribed (yes to everything and anything) IMHO. Don't recommend.
Ordered a screen for our garage. Took a little longer to come in than expected. They scheduled installation for a week after the screen arrived. Got the job about 1/2 finished and a storm came up. They stopped working and advised they would return if the storm did not last long (15 minutes later the storm was over, but no return) or they would be there first thing Saturday morning. No show, no call on Saturday. So I have a pile of screens blocking my laundry room all weekend. I also had screws all over my driveway that needed to be picked up so they didn't puncture my tires. I expected them Monday morning, but no show and no call. So I call them to find out they are "too busy" to come and finish the job they started and now it is going to be the next day first thing in the morning. I guess screens don't pay the bills since they clearly don't get priority.
Best upgrade I have made to our new home. The sunscreen lowered the temp on our lanai by 10-15 degrees. Everyone was very professional and the install was perfect. You don't even notice screen has been installed. We were so happy with everything we hired them to install our gutters as well! Highly recommend!

A+ Positive experience. I called because my electric garage door opener was malfunctioning. The next day, they fixed the issue and replaced my old beat up remote controls with new ones. Will use again when the need arises.

These guys are great, very personable .......and worked very quickly. The cost was appropriate to job based on research. I had a 3 car garage door replaced. They showed up on time and completed the work well. I bv would reccomend this business.
