Yelp5I messaged them late in the afternoon on a Friday and they responded within minutes. They arrived on Saturday and provided a quote. I received quotes from other companies and found Gateway to be not only the most cost effective but they did not try to upsell me on anything unneeded. Works was done quickly and efficiently.

Google5I was having trouble lifting my garage door... Gateway came out and replaced my rollers, adjusted springs & cables and now my door opens effortlessly. Recommended.

Google5Shout out to Jeremy! I called inquiring about installing a garage door opener that we had purchased ourselves. Jeremy answered right away and was at our home within 2 hours. He installed the opener in a very professional manner (we even caught him singing in the garage..lol). He cleaned everything up and even helped to program our car buttons. We are EXTREMELY happy with his service and will be recommending him to everyone! Job well done!!

Google5My garage door wasn't working properly for the past few months and I saw a Facebook post of someone else looking for help. Gateway had commented and I hopped on to ask for their help, too. Jeremy showed up exactly when he said he would - which was after working hours - with a truck full of equipment. The estimate was free and he immediately fixed my garage AND gave us some fancy new equipment so we can open it from our phones! 10/10, super happy.

Google5Garage came off the tracks and ended up bending a little bit. I was worried I would be a situation where I'd not only need to pay for the spring/track repair, but also purchase a new door. Jeremy and Gateway Garage repaired/replaced the broken parts and saved the door. He was able to provide same day service and the price was reasonable. looks good as new.

Google5Amazing! I could not have asked for better service or a better price. The best part is that I spoke to a human being, Jeremy, when I called. Jeremy diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest in every aspect. These are rare attributes in business these days. I would recommend him and this company to anyone who has garage door issues.

Google5Hands down 5 stars! Our teenager drove into the garage door which left it badly damaged - crooked and stuck open! Based on the 5 star reviews I called Gateway. Jeremy answered professionally, said he was in the area working a job and could get to me next. I had no hope for an affordable fix. The door was completely off track and the metal track was twisted badly. Jeremy showed up, swiftly jumped out of his truck, came to the door with ladder and parts in hand. I am amazed at what he did to fix it. He saved me from replacing any panels and got everything back on track within an hour! Best part is that Gateway was priced fair and reasonable. You have a customer for life, thank you!!

Google5Jeremy Santo Domingo sole proprietor of Gateway Garage Door Services came to my house yesterday to replace a broken garage door torsion spring. His newly formed business is destined for success. I was fascinated by his thorough knowledge of the components that make up the garage door. He quickly assessed what was wrong with my 22 year old garage door built with extra horizontal struts to comply with Dade County hurricane standards.He replaced the broken steel wire coiled torsion spring with a more robust one that is estimated to last 10,00 cycles.The torsion tube was damaged with the diameter being reduced & brittle. He pointed out the 10 long stem rollers were compromised & I asked him to replace them with new ones along with the two Top bearing plates & 7 foot stranded wire wheel cable wires on both sides of the garage door. He did not forcefully suggest that I replace all these components but made me aware of their deteriorated condition & it was my decision to replace them.Watching him work was enjoyable as he moved quickly replacing the various components that we're required. I want to say that I am not related to Jeremy & he did not pay me to write my positive review. When you need your garage door fixed, please call Jeremy. I can assure you he will fix it correctly.
