Great company; from the female scheduler in the office to Hector, the tech, diagnosed the issue of my garage door and quickly repaired it. Lived and tightened components. Very amiable. I'll be calling every year for a maintenance check. I highly recommend this company.

Very good customer service from Claudia in the office to Derrick the Technician that came out to replace my unit due to lightening strike .he came when he said & even worked around MY work schedule!! I couldn't be more satisfied with this Co. & won't deal with any other Co from now on!

Ryan replaced our gate opener ( Overhead did not install it) after eight months of it controlling us. He did a perfect job. On time, worked thru the record heat, did not leave one thing behind and now i can control our gate. Thanks so much

What a frustrating experience. After waiting a month longer than I was told when I ordered, I believe I've lost more than $7,500. Today (4 months after ordering) was supposed to be the installation day. I received a call at 8:30 am to be told that they didn't have all of the parts and that their installer had called out sick. Really? Do you mean to tell me that your warehouse accepted goods without inspecting them? Do you have no other installers? Their manager said he was on vacation and didn't know any of this until today. I CALLED ON FRIDAY TO CONFIRM AND WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I have left 4 messages for Bill and no return calls. Do they think to keep my deposit and credit card fees? No calls, no installation, no refund.

I have to say, I had the best experience with a technician from Overhead Door today. We had a new garage door installed a couple years ago, and it was in need of a general tune-up. Dale was sent out, and was beyond what I was expecting as friendliness, courteousness, and experience goes. He had 23 years of service in the garage door industry before he came to overhead, and it shows! He had our loud creaking door sounding a hundred times better when he left. I would beyond recommend him as your technician if the option presents itself!

My wife accidentally struck the door with the car while it was going up, and stuck in the up position, upon calling, they were able to fit us in right away, so that we wouldn’t have to leave the garage door open for an extended period. My garage door opener died so I went to the large department store at the local mall and purchased their brand garage door opener along with installation. Installation was scheduled for the following Monday. Needless to say, big mistake not just going to a local company like Overhead Door Co. The national dept store uses sub contractors and could not find anyone in my area to come install the opener apparently because the dept store doesn't pay very much. After a week of calling the department stores customer service and having to go thorough 5 or 6 people to find out when someone would be out to fix my door, I was told they didn't have anyone to do it and I ended up returning the opener back to the store at the mall. I then called another company listed at Angies List and spoke with someone who said the person that handles that would call me back shortly. No call back from anyone. Now I'm really frustrated after buying and returning an opener to the mall and having no one call me back from the first local company I contact. Fortunately, I called Overhead Door Co next and they explained the difference between their garage door opener (track is 1 piece) versus other openers (2-3 pieces bolted together). Overhead Door had someone at my house within 1 hour. They were very professional and I have not had any issues with the opener that was installed. I would not hesitate to recommend Overhead Door Co to family and friends. Services Rendered: Replaced my garage door opener. Came to my house within 1 hour of my phone call and installed a high quality opener.

It was Thu. after 6pm when he arrived. He was vary knowledgeable in his job. The last Co. to put springs on put the wrong size on(to small). Services Rendered: The man installed two new spring's on the garage door.
