Google1I am the victim. On May 18 of 2023 I wrote Leonard Blasen the owner of Blasen garage doors in Clinton Illinois a check for $18,250.00 Mr. Blasen cashed The check, was to install five garage doors. Only one garage door out of 5 has been installed and it's been 5 months, mind you this is a 20 year customer of mine prior to this indecent. I attempted to contact Mr. Blasen the other night, he answered my call and informed me he couldn't talk because he was busy eating dinner. After contacting a lawyer, $300.00 dollars consultation fee, I was informed it's a $5000.00 retaining fee, that will put me in at $23,500.00, now I have to pay out another $18,000.00 to have the doors installed again! I would be careful if you decided to hire him to do any work for you!

Google1This guy is a joke, took an 18,000 dollar check and cashed it but yet has made no attempt to complete the work, now this gentleman will need to spend another 18,000 to have the garage doors installed, it don't matter what happens to the money you still owe the services, at least go complete the job, maybe do some other work to pay back what you owe, don't just take someone's money though!!!!

Google1Leonard Blasen took $18,000 from a gentleman. Did not perform his duties nor the garage doors. Will not respond to this gentleman as well. I highly recommend not using this gentleman. He does not return calls. Everything is "text".

Google5First of all Len fit me in very quickly since I could not get my car out of the garage. Then the quality of knowledge & the work were impeccable. Finally the cost of work was very reasonable. If I could I would give more than five stars, I wish all businesses were close to as good. Thanks again Len!

Yelp5Called late on a Friday afternoon. They came and replaced both springs on my garage door. They were done in 2 hours after calling them and they drove 30 miles to get to my house. unbelievable service. They know how to run a business they are fair,respectful, and concerned about your problem. I don't know where you could find better service !!

Google5Blasen Garage Doors was fantastic. Our garage door broke and wouldn't lift up, apparently our spring broke. One of our close friends used this company months back and said they were great so I called thinking I could make an appointment the following week. Luckily for me, Len was able to come out that same day! He was fast, very friendly, and got my door up and running great! Very thankful for his service!
