Google5Dustin was incredible. After my garage door broke, I was told by another company in town that it'd be a minimum $1500 to repair the damage or $2000 to replace the overhead door. I contacted Gene's for a quote to compare prices. When Dustin came out he looked over my garage door system and said "This is nothing I can't handle." He told me he'd be able to fix it on the spot for a service charge of $95! Within an hour and after a few cuts in the drywall and mounting of a new bracket my garage was working like nothing happened. I will recommend Gene's Garage and Dustin any opportunity I have. They were fantastic!

Google5Both my springs were shot on an older door, Gene's came out looked at it and had the parts I needed on the truck , fixed it in about an hour , for a fair price ,,,,

Google5Spring broke, Doug came out and replaced both springs. Also, realigned my track, and lubricated all the hinges at no extra cost. Door is like brand new!

Google5We have used Genes Garage Doors at several homes. Love the installers and their great work ethic. Highly recommend Genes for all garage door needs. Love our CHI Door!!

Google5Called Doug at 1:15 pm and he was here within 20 minutes. He found out what was wrong and said he needed to go pick up the parts and would have to come back in a little while. He called me at 2:55 and said he was on his way back. He knew my car was stuck in the garage and even asked if I needed a ride! Door was fixed and working by 4:00! This is the second time we've used them. They work fast, are very knowledgeable and extremely fair priced! I *highly* recommend Gene's!

Google5Doug came out to give estimate and told us what we needed for him to fix. Instead of having us convert our current system (like the other 2 companies wanted to do), he was able to fix with our purchasing parts. Saved us $100-200 compared to the other 2 estimates from other companies!!!. He had to come out 3 times because my husband purchased the wrong parts. He was here when he said he would be for all 3 visits. Never charged us extra from the original estimate when he had to make an extra trip as a result of us buying the wrong parts. Only took him 10-15 minutes to fix. Thankful for the savings as a result of his honesty and willingness to repair something that was fixable.

Google5VERY positive experience. We needed to have the spring replaced in our garage door and were unable to get our car out. He came out within a couple of hours of our call. The service call and replacement costs were very reasonably priced. His work is guaranteed and I would highly recommend Gene's Garage Door Sales and Service.

Google5Came out for a spring/track fix and finished the job on time and within the estimate. We've previously had another local company out who said they couldn't fix the squeaking we experienced without replacing- and Gene's guys fixed that and the spring issue we were having. Garage sounds the best it has in 5 years.
