Google5I contacted these guys in the morning and had a rough appointment scheduled shortly thereafter. They ended up coming out by around midday and were professional, correcting a number of issues the original installer had made (door installed less than a year). You could tell the lead had tons of experience and was passing that on to the more junior worker. Their bill was was very reasonable for the amount of adjustment they did. They were responsive, quick to address the issue, highly skilled, and got the email invoice out for a credit card payment very quickly. One of the best experiences I've had with hiring a tradesperson in the area.

Google5The best customer service! My elderly mother was having an issue getting her garage door to work. I came over to help, but not being handy myself, we decided to call a professional. When we called and explained the issue, and sent a picture, he was able to walk me through fixing it myself over FaceTime. In less than a min, we had the garage door working again. Im sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was a class act. He could have easily came out and charged us, but he saved us a service call and fee. I couldn't speak higher of them. Definitely recommend them and will be using them any time needed in the future.

Google5Had a great experience with Mid-Illini Doors. Marcus, the owner, came the same day I called with an issue. Very friendly, affordable and explained things along the way. They were quick to fix the problem and I definitely recommend!!

Google5Excellent service, my 15+ year old door broke its torsion spring 2 days before Christmas, they were out there on the 23rd checking the springs needed and back out on the 24th replacing them! He also found a mounting bracket issue with the tensioner that was completely unrelated and repaired that, adjusted the door, made sure the sensors were clean and functional, my old garage door and opener sounds like it's a brand new system now! Quieter than ever, and his preventative maintenance on the tensioner saved me from problems down the road. Highly recommend this company, they went above and beyond to do the job right, and then some!

Google5Don't look any further... this IS the company you want for all your garage door needs! Sparky, the owner, is very knowledgeable and explains everything very thoroughly. He even made it a priority to come out the same day I called. Sparky and his team were very personable and professional. My garage door was BARKING before they showed up and now it PURRS... honestly it has never been quieter or operated so smoothly. Their pricing was also reasonable and fair. I will definitely use them in the future, if needed. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Google5My garage door was not opening correctly and I called 2 companies that I dealt with in the past and they couldn't get to me for a week. I then started calling the list of companies in the order that Google listed and the next 3 couldn't come out for a week either. The 6th company I called was Mid-Illini Doors which I did not leave a voice mail and just a few minutes later Sparky returned my call apologizing for missing my call. By this time it was mid afternoon and he said that someone could come out that night if needed but they preferred to wait til next morning which was fine with me. The next morning, Clayton called at 8 and said he'd be here in about half hour. He arrived and fixed the problem in about a half hour. Both Sparky and Clayton were very nice and I was impressed that they were able to fix the problem the next day vs waiting a week. I highly recommend Mid-Illini Doors and will call them first on any garage door issues in the future.
