I contacted Overhead Door on Thursday (6/17/21) to have the motorized garage door opener looked at and I was scheduled for Friday (spoke to an older lady). No one showed up. I called Monday morning and was told I was rescheduled for Wednesday (spoke to a different woman). No one showed up. I called this morning (spoke to the same woman from Monday) and now I'm scheduled for Friday. When I asked why I keep getting pushed, she said I wasn't scheduled for Wednesday and then said she wasn't sure what happened. This is no way to do business, no matter how long they've been in business. This is not the first incident I have had with Overhead Door Company of Greater Lufkin."
