I believe in a fair pay for a fair amount of work. I would be very hesitant to use them again. Being told that the service call is $39 and when they assess the repair I'm told it's $229 for releasing the spring and setting the cable back on the pulley. Which is less than 30 minutes of work is absolute ridiculous. That hourly rate is more than what I pay my attorney. As soon as I told me the amount I told him we are done and go ahead and pack up and I will pay the service call fee. He basically to asked what I thought it was worth which is a $150. For a typical service call repair. I don't like this type of predatory practice on taking advantage of people.
In my opinion this company is not reputable. Technician came out to a residential property I manage and called me to give me a quote to replace the two springs, 2 cables and rollers for $1000 ...I called BS on this ridiculous price and a supervisor called apologizing and said that first estimate was the commercial rate and would reduce it to $599. Which I agreed. After the work was done I came out next day to inspect and found not only did the garage not have 2 springs ( only 1) but the rollers were not replaced. I felt scammed and complained - they only agreed to refund the cost of 1 spring $200. I would NOT recommend this company!
On 11/11/19 Edward from Quick Fix garage door openers installed a new opener for me. He was very polite and efficient. He knew what he was doing. There was one problem but he continued looking till everything was resolved.

Do Not Use - If it was possible to put negative stars I would choose that option. I called Quick Fix to install a new garage door bottom weather seal. The people on the phone were very nice and the installation went well once you get past the multiple scheduled slips. The real kicker is that I was not home for this installation and I had my mother in law open the garage doors so this could be done. When I got home all looked well. 2 days later when I went into my workbench drawers to get a tool, I found multiple tools missing (air hose attachments, socket wrench sets, jumper cables, 3' level, drill, etc.) I'm not saying that the Quick Fix rep stole these items but they were the only ones allowed in the garage. I called and reported it and they told me that they talked with the rep and he says he didn't do it. That was it, and I was told to have a nice day. I take full responsibility for allowing anyone into our home without me being there to supervise. Let this be a lesson to all those that think of using this company to do any work on their garage.
Extremely pleased with Quick Fix Garage Doors. Called on a Sunday and was able to a technician (Edward) out on same day. I had conversion from old extension springs to new torsion springs, upgraded to safety rollers, and a new smart opener. I've never seen this garage door open so smoothly! Will definitely recommend to others.
David came out very quickly on a Sunday to fix my garage door issue. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Can't fault him for his work ethic either. I would strongly recommend Quick Fix Garage Doors.
My garage door was stuck and beyond my ability to repair (though I made it worse probably trying ti fix myself). I called and Caleb came by the next morning, brought a great attitude, re-tensioned springs and balanced the door. All good now and I met a great Hemphill fellow. Can't thank him enough for a competent, reasonable job and didn't make me feel like a fool for my attempts.
