I booked an appointment on a wednesday because my garage door was sticking and I needed it repaired. The mechanic came, unprepared, without any parts, and did not complete the job, billed me $160, and said he would be back by Friday to complete the job. No one showed up on Friday, and I received a call from the manager, JIM, later in the evening Friday night. He verbally assaulted me with his loud dog barking in the background. Extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and incompetent. The garage door needed a simple chain which can be bought at home depot, which Jim said he may be able to get on Monday, but wasn't sure if he could put me on the schedule. He verbally attacked me, and insulted me, for inquiring about the job being done. In closing, I would like to warn any potential customers to find someone else for their garage needs. We are a professional storage company with 28 garages, and we will no longer be doing business with this company, because we will never be subjected to Jim's rage and toxic behavior towards customers. We paid upfront in good faith, and now we will have to contact the bank to get our money back. We demand a refund, for job not completed, otherwise we will stop payment at the bank. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!
