The installer (Matt) was awesome- nice guy, good communication, did all the "regular" windows in 1 day then worked 3 days to do bay window. Good sales representation too (Terry). Joe always answered when I called. That lifetime warranty sealed the deal for me.

I had three windows with vapor seal leaks. Joe ordered the replacement windows and had them installed in just a short time. Very neat and clean work. Would recommend and would use them again.

I have to say my wife Becky and I are very pleased with the installation of our new windows and sliding glass door. The crew was professional and kind. The sliding glass door is amazing and high quality. They also cleaned up our condo like better than they found it. We are both very pleased.

This company did an amazing job installing our windows and French door. Jake and his assistant Tyler were professional and courteous and very detail oriented when doing our install. Not only was the install great but their prices are great and the main office was awesome scheduling everything for us. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Joe visited us and we arranged installation of 2 new windows for our condo. The windows lead was long, as many things are, but when they arrived we set a convenient install. The work by Shane and team was great and we are very pleased with our new windows. He also repaired a lock on our slider door which had been installed by a previous owner!

Eastern Shore Window and Door's crew replaced my 14 double hung windows with expertise and professionalism. Management had great communication with me. Things were delayed because of Covid and they did warn me of that prior to me signing the contract. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased and this was worth the wait! One year after installation I can tell you my heating and air-conditioning bills are much lower. These windows will pay for themselves within another two years!

Eastern Shore Window and Door replaced our sliding doors. The doors are high quality and reduce the noise and heat. Joe was very helpful with ordering the doors and keeping us informed of their arrival. The installation by Shane and his partner went smoothly and efficiently. They were careful with the removal of the old doors and meticulous with the installation of the new ones right down to the trim and caulking. They were diligent with clean-up and restoring the area back to the way it was. We are very pleased with the process and recommend Eastern Shore Windows and Doors without hesitation.
