Google5Randy and his team have provided me with consistently high quality and timely service. My home is less than 5 years old, but already I have had to replace the garage door opener motor and springs. Each time I was glad I turned to Expert over the company that installed the garage door for my builder. This past weekend I was unable to open my garage door and get my car out. I left a message over the weekend and Randy called back soon thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (broken spring) and his crew arrived first thing today (Monday) to complete the work. They were done by 9:30am and my garage door is now working perfectly. Much appreciated!

Google5I have been dealing with Randy and Expert Overhead Doors for about 2 and a half years. Randy and his crew are always on time, very professional, and they get the job done. There are no surprises; they truly know what they're doing. I would highly recommend them.

Google5What a great company. Had an issue with the garage door spring breaking and cable wires hanging. Was concerned if the door would jam up and not close. Called the company and the owner was very responsive. Came out the morning I called and fixed the problem. Amazing customer service with their responsiveness, knowledge and timeliness. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Google5This guy is just the BEST. I forgot I had used him before when I had an issue with my garage door. I googled Garage Door Repair and Precision came up. I called them. They came out and for a spring to be repaired they quoted me $688 I called Randy and told him what happened and he quoted me a fair price, came out the next day and repaired my door. Seriously, this guy is the best in the business and on top of it personable, fair and does a great job.

Google5Fantastic! Great to deal with, Randy provided an excellent solution and installation of our side mounted overhead door system. Nick removed our old door and installed our new system. Very fast, clean install. Explained all the operations and maintenance. Nice folks to deal with. The perfect finish to our garage and home. Highly recommend Expert Overhead Doors.

Angi5Wish the rating scale went to 6 stars. We needed spring replaced and Randy responded quickly with proper equipment to complete the work professionally, and pleasantly. He worked around our confused schedule to get the work done as quickly as possible. Also, when the homebuilder originally installed the door an inadequate spring system was used which Randy corrected and the door now works better than ever. I highly recommend Expert Overhead Doors. Yelp1We were very disappointed with this company. I called and emailed about repairing or replacing my garage door opener. I never heard back, so I assumed they were too busy, or my job wasn't big enough. Luckily, I found another company to help me.

Yelp5I had a garage door catastrophe late yesterday afternoon. I called a few companies who couldn't respond in a timely manner before I got Randy at Expert Overhead Door. He had his brother here early this morning. Less than an hour later the door's repaired and working better than ever. Quick, courteous and reasonably priced.
