This was the best choice the technician came at 9:30 in the evening that was what worked for my schedule he took the upmost care of my belongings the main one moving my expensive Audi out from the broke down garage door he knew his business so well he showed me the part that was the problem showed me maintenance of the garage door he reset the door he did an amazing professional job I will always use this company I highly recommend them A+ to this company thank you

Affordable Doors Co. has been fantastic! Maryanne and Leo were easy to work with. I had them replace my opener few months ago. Scheduling, pricing and services were great. We are thrilled with the new opener! Had to call again for having a bend in my track and could not get my garage door down. Maryanne response time was quick and had Leo sent out within the couple hours. My track is all sorted and the garage door is working properly again. Greatly appreciate Affordable Door CO. I would highly recommend them.

I wish all contractors were as professional as these folks. They provided an estimate on Thursday, measured and gave me a quote on Friday, and installed the new garage door on the following Tuesday. They were very careful around our vehicles and left the garage cleaner than when they started. The price was the price. No added taxes or fees. Every employee I interacted with - scheduler, estimator, installers - was professional and kind.

Called 8/23 for quote for new LiftMaster door opener, spoke with Maryanne at length, who explained my options, didn't try overselling unwanted features and gave me an immediate quote for full service install, no hidden fees/costs on totally new LiftMaster unit, with exterior keypad, extra remote. Worked me into schedule quickly as I wanted work performed quickly and Leo, installer came out next day to perform work! Leo did a great job, professional, explained all his worked as he progressed along with system features. Completed install quickly, cleaned up after himself and did a full check on on double door springs, rollers. Everything was done as promised and well done! Thank you! Definitely a go to company if you want it done right!

I called this morning and talked to Mary Ann. I explained the situation, with the door, and she actually offered to help me over the phone! Any other company would have made me book an appointment to have a tech come out. Although my problem was simple, she offered to stay on the phone with me, to fix the problem, and to help me avoid a $299 fee! That truly amazes me! You do business the right way and I now can clearly see how you get 5 star ratings! A+

Instead of scheduling an appointment she did some troubleshooting with me over the phone and was able to help me fix the problem myself with no visit and no charge. Very helpful and professional. Called on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend after the spring broke late Saturday. Mary Ann took my call and information and was happy to give me an estimate on the phone (several other providers I called were hesitant to give me a phone estimate). She gave me the option of paying extra to have service performed on Sunday instead of waiting until next Tuesday (next regular day of business), which I agreed to. She said she would call me back with the ETA of Leo, the repairman. Leo arrived on time and was very professional. Took him less than one hour to complete the job. He also installed new bolt screws on one of the garage door rails which had become very loose. Note that the service included installation of two new torsion springs, balancing door, lubing of rollers, bearings and opener chain. Will definitely use again, but hope it isn't for at least seven or eight years. Services Rendered: Replaced broken torsion spring.

I called and talked with the receptionist, Maryann, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sensed the urgency of my problem and said she would try to get me service that same day, if possible. She called me back in about 15 minutes and asked if noon today would work for me. I was happy & somewhat surprised that she was able to provide such prompt service. Frank came right on time, was very courteous and immediately looked at my broken garage door. He said this door could be replaced with a new door, but it wouldn't match the other door. He also said the broken door was easily repairable at a much lower cost. I said, "go ahead and fix it." He got right to work and finished the job in about 30 minutes, 45 at the most. Both garage doors work very well now and are much quieter running. I'm very pleased with the prompt, friendly and expert service provided by Affordable Door Company. I will recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem and call them again myself if I have any further problems with my garage doors. Services Rendered: My garage door was broken. One of the hinges holding the door in correct alignment had fallen off the door because the screws fell out. Frank came promptly on the same day I called and reattached the hinge and placed a reinforcing strip off wood across the entire door to stabilize it so this will not happen again. He also adjusted and lubricated both of the garage doors and tightened all the nuts and bolts holding the hinges in place. He explained to me what had happened and said the other garage door had many loose bolts also. The other door was saved from the same fate as the first door.

So, its Thursday, one spring broke on the double garage door and I can't get my car out and I am leaving for vacation on Sunday. Called 2 other services and was told that the soonest they could come was on Monday. Not good. Called Affordable, based on the good reviews on Angie's List. Mary Ann was very helpful, got all of the necessary information and told me that Frank would be out THIS MORNING! Frank soon called to tell me he was on his way and would arrive in 30 minutes. Then he called to say that he was delayed and might be (a whole) 10 minutes late. Then Mary Ann called to say that Frank might be 10 minutes late. Boy did I feel and quot;specialand quot; with all that attention. Frank arrived and 40 minutes later I had 2 new springs, 2 new hinges (old ones were broken), lubricated rollers and tracks and a re-calibrated garage door opener. Frank was terrific. He is personable and gave me an education on the care and feeding of garage doors. After 30 years of doing this, he really knows his stuff. I thought the price was reasonable (didn't really have time to shop around) and I have no problem giving Affordable Door Co., my strongest recommendation. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 springs, 2 broken hinges, tightened all bolts and lubed rollers, hinges and track.

Called in the AM and Mary Ann answered and was very responsive to the situation and asked questions about the nature of the problem. She suggested that she would get a technician out to our house at the latest. She mentioned that the earliest time would be in the afternoon. I asked if she could have someone out to our house sooner. She called back and said that the tech would be out to our house first and then head to another location. Very professional service and prompt. I would definitely recommend Affordable doors for any garage door issues.
