Outrageous pricing - needed a repair to get the door lift to work (a spring or two) and instead tried to take advantage of my wife requesting $1300 for a "new torsion system". Got a second opinion and a repair from a different company for $455. Do Not trust these people!

Boulder Garage Door is a wonderful company. They are able to get out fast. I usually get same or next day appointment. Blair Johnson was nice, informative and right on time. He explained everything to me and I now know more about garage doors. Definitely recommend this company!

We were able to get a next day free estimate for a Saturday. Our technician Blair Johnson was very knowledgeable and quickly solved the issue with our garage not closing. Also replaced a worn out keypad while he was here. He gave us good recommendations for future maintenance we might need. Reasonable price, quick friendly service.

They were not able to come the same day we called when our spring snapped on our garage door. But they came the next day (said they would be there at 12:30, turned out to be almost 1:00 PM) and the door works great. They will have to come back to replace weather stripping since we didn't ask about repairing that ahead of time and they don't usually carry that around with them. Would call them again. Services Rendered: Repaired spring, cables and track on garage door.

Installer was 1.5 hrs late, but I did receive a call saying he was held up. Installer and helper were quick and efficient and opener has been working fine. We did have to climb up and straighten the antenna for the repeater. Services Rendered: Installed brand new garage door opener -- Liftmaster Belt Drive, with repeater for older car remote.

Work was completed from start to finish in about an hour. Both office staff and staff on site were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After installation, we were given thorough instructions and were helped in setting up remote controls, both in the car and hand-held. Would definitely recommend and use again, if necessary. Since I have not tried the fix just yet, followup with me if you like. ?Mike [email protected] The point is this: The experience described above ? one phone call to an honest business ? made my Angie's List subscription worthwhile Services Rendered: Provided great technical support, telling me step by step how to figure out whether the remote control lost its programming or the receiver in the main unit had died. For me, a key test of a service provider is will they try to enable me to do self help. The honest and good ones will enable the homeowner and build trust toward the bigger repair or replacement down the road.

Fantastic! They were on-time, polite, walked me through what they were doing and when the invoice was handed over they were cheaper than they had quoted over the phone. The gentleman was very professional and friendly. In other words, I was blown away by the service. Top job BGD!!! Services Rendered: Changed the internal parts of the opener (not the motor or electrics) - bearings. bushings, cog, etc, service door and tighten springs.

These guys are the best. Reasonably priced, prompt, on time. The performance of our garage door and opener had been deteriorating for years. The opener did not work smoothly, and had to be helped by hand in temperatures less than about 35 degrees. Eventually it seemed to fail completely and we were back to a very creaky door in manual mode. Boulder Garage Door came out the next day and set everything to rights. Thing works better than brand new now. Services Rendered: Replaced gears in Liftmaster garage door opener. Tuned up entire system.
