I backed into our garage door this evening knocking the garage door off its tracks and lodging it into the trim of the house. I thought for sure we were going to need a new garage door. In desperation I called the first number that came up in a Google search and called. Baldwin was at my house in 30 minutes and fixed it in under 15 minutes. I walked back into my house and told my kids and my daughter said 'I think Jesus sent an angel'. Quite literally I think it may be true. I will undoubtedly call Baldwin again the next time I have any garage door problems.

Our garage door wasn't working. It wouldn't go up or down. Same day service and he had the part on his truck. Very impressed!
The top right garage door wheel popped off the track when the door hit a ladder while opening (oops). Called Baldwin, they answered on the first call, set the appointment for the next morning, and showed up on time. Angel was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had the wheel back in its track in a matter of minutes. He then proceeded to lube the chain, wheels, springs, and hinges. He demonstrated that everything was working smoothly (and quietly). Everything was written up and signed out within 30 minutes tops. I will call them for future needs and recommend them to anyone looking for garage door pros.
Great experience and I would recommend Jake to anyone. My husband and I recently bought a house in Ventura County and the garage doors were totally shot. He talked us out of replacing the wood garage doors and suggested we just get them painted instead as he thought there was probably 20 years of life left in them. He then quoted us a very reasonable amount for three new good quality motors, three new springs (he said one didn't need replacing but we opted to have them all done at the same time while we were at it) and rollers/hardware to improve the old, existing hardware to be more effective and more quiet. He showed up within the time frame he said he would which was much appreciated as I had to drive an hour to get to the property. He then worked six hours straight with no break to get the job done so I could get back in a timely way. Now we are finally moved in and every time we use our new, quiet, effective garage doors with all the bells and whistles we are thankful. Really one of the easiest experiences we had in fixing up our new-to-us house.

Called Jake at Baldwin Garage Doors and Gates in a panic. My house suffered wind damage with the crazy recent winds. My garage door was damaged. I called Jake at approximately 2:30 PM to report my incident. Jake returned my call immediately, asked a few questions, and requested photos of my garage door, so he can determine the brand, and recommend what repairs were necessary. Jake arrives 1/2 hr early with my garage door. He even provided reinforcements do the sane issue should not occurs again.
