I recently purchase a new garage door from ASAP and had a fantastic experience. From the ordering experience to the installation. Dave the owner went out of his way to help me and Paul his installer did an amazing job. I have been a customer for years - ASAP helped me get as many miles out of our original 70 year old garage door. Good old fashioned customer service every step of the way.

I had a garage door spring that broke. I called up ASAP and immediately spoke to David, the owner, and he was very pleasant to work with. Mike, the technician, gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before he showed up and got right to work when he got here. While he worked, he was polite, thankful for the business, ready to answer answer my technical questions, and gave me some tips to help maintain the life of my garage door system. Overall, this has been a great experience. ASAP deserves your business.

ASAP was great, from start to finish. Rather than trying to get us to spend as much as possible, the owner, David, who answers the phone himself, helped us figure out the best and most affordable way to replace our garage door opener. Then, he sent Allen, who was kind, fun, efficient and competent. He had the installation done in no time, helped us get set up and showed us how to use everything. The other places I called seemed huge and impersonal, and pressured me to make an appointment right away without giving me any information about how much the whole endeavor might cost me. Best of all, the door opener is now working, smoothly, with no problems! Thank you, ASAP!

Great, timely service!! A cable had broken rendering my garage door inoperable. I was home on military leave over Labor Day and, the original installer for my door was unavailable for the weekend. I called several places, and ASAP was the first to respond. That person, Dave (?), was so helpful and also so very appreciative of my service. Anyway, he arranged for a tech the next day after hearing of the unusual urgency. The tech, Justin, could not have been more impressive. He was engaging, positive, and totally professional. As if that weren't enough, he had all the parts necessary and the repair was absolutely flawless. Perfect. Incredible service. ASAP lived up to its name, and has earned my strongest possible recommendation.

We cannot be more pleased or more grateful for the wonderful experience we had with ASAP Garage Doors. Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous. Our quote was fair, no pressure to add on extra gingerbread. The door arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Our installation went smoothly, the installer being a wizard. Years ago our garage had been heaved by a neighbors tree on the fence line. It was eventually cut down and our garage settled back down but has never been square. Paul worked hard and his skill and determination squared the opening, which is now secure thanks to him. The door glides open like silk. Paul not only was meticulous in his work but also in explaining how to care for our door and springs. He not only told us but showed us. Dave and Bill gave us additional tips on care and prevention of problems. They seemed to genuinely want us happy and well cared for. There are so many shady companies out there but THIS company is honest and takes pride in their product and work. Our son recommended them and we're just as happy as he was. HIGHLY recommend!

Terrible I told them in my request that I needed new springs for my garage door. I asked for a quote or price before arrival Bc they charge a service fee for coming out. the service person arrived and wasn't here 5 minute. he gave a quote of $430 and said Bc of COVID all the prices went up. I called another company Bc of Angie list referral and the company quoted $299 over the phone . there was no attempt to match the quote and basically the service guy got a free $20 lunch . please drop this company from referral.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with ASAP garage door. I woke up to a broken garage door spring and within an hour of my call, they had someone out to my house, repaired it and I was on my way. Bob was friendly, prompt, reliable, and professional, if you ever have a problem with your garage door. These are the folks to call. Period.

The door cable broke and the was twisted. I talked to Dave on a Sunday afternoon and he had Bill out here Monday morning. Bill was very professional explaining the problems and solutions. Okay, they replaced a broken cable and were suppose to PM the door they said they didn't have the grease for the rollers but would return the next day to finish up since the tech lived in the same city. Tech never returned called and left a messages, never got the completed service I paid for.

From day one, we wanted windows. Casey, your tech, verbally quoted a price WITH WINDOWS. You, for some reason, decided not to add them in the original quote, so we called to ask why. Maybe it changed after you saw our location and you decided to increase the quote and add the windows after the fact. So we decided not to go with your company. We will not do business with a company that is unethical in its practices.

I had garage springs break that were under warranty from 4 years ago when the name of the company was A-1 Door Systems. I called and talked to the Owner Dave. He told me that it would be $50 labor to replace the springs, but the springs were under warranty so that would be the price. I had him repeat the price twice and my wife was able to hear also.When the installer Brad arrived, he said it was going to be $150 labor and $90 more to replace both springs (that are under warranty)? I called Dave again and he told me that "I must have misheard him on his bluetooth, but he could do everything for $250-I told him that Brad quoted me $10less, but it was still ridiculous. They charged me $40 for a service call. I am having the springs replaced from another company for $200 and lesson learned!

Came home from work yesterday to a garage door that wouldn't open even manually. One of the cables had snapped and it was of course the coldest day of the year. After reading some Google reviews, I called ASAP and got one of the most polite phone people ever. He scheduled an appointment for the following (Great!), but 20 minutes later I got a call from a technician who was in the area who was willing to come by right away. At 6 pm! I couldn't have been more thrilled to have a working garage door within an hour of it breaking. Awesome service. Not sure if the price is 5*. It wasn't cheap for 20 minutes of work, but I can't complain given the excellent service and responsiveness. I would definitely use again.

The whole experience from start to finish was about as painless as can be. The response (from Angieslist request to phone call) was extremely quick, and everything played out exactly as was described / explained to me. The person they sent over (Paul) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and (as far as I can tell) performed high quality work. He even took the time afterwards to answer other questions I had; I will definitely be calling them again if/when I need more work. (Note: the "if/when I need more work" would be dictated by whether we upgrade to a minivan, which would then necessitate a renovation to a larger garage door than we currently have installed.
