Yelp5When our garage door got off track and needed repair, I checked YELP for a highly rated contractor and found Five Star Doors. James, in the office, was very friendly and accommodating and scheduled our appointment at a time convenient for us. The repairman Tyler arrived on time, having called ahead to alert us of his upcoming arrival. He was quick and efficient about resolving the issue. He explained the problem and answered our questions about future maintenance. Like James, Tyler was very friendly. He obviously knew his stuff and took pride in his work. For these reasons, I highly recommend Five Star Doors. A big thanks to James and Tyler.

Google5We had a great experience with Five Star Doors. They were able to schedule someone to come out quickly, their communication was excellent and Andrew arrived within the time frame communicated. Andrew was so friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem with the best affordable outcome that was also communicated during the initial phone call. We appreciate that Andrew went above and beyond to get our garage door in the best condition. Highly recommend their team for your garage door needs!

Google5I was having an issue with my garage door and gave 5 Star Doors a call. Not only did they come out the same day but quickly fixed the issue! Andrew was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable, he walked me through everything as he went along! I highly recommend 5 Star Doors!! Thank you!!

Google5Five Star is a great company to work with. The technician Tyler solve the problem quickly and replace the bad parts. The garage door is back in normal in 1 hour. He provides good advice for maintenance and even offer me a bottle of oil for future. The service fee is fair and straightforward. I highly recommend them for future garage door maintenance and repair.

Google5We have used five star doors numerous times over the years for our repairs to our garage door. No matter which technician comes out, each one is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to provide answers to questions we have had. This time, Robert came to our home. He was very polite, patient with my questions (lol), and very thorough in getting the job done. Since it had been quite a few years since we needed someone to look at our garage door, I had forgotten how friendly the service people are. James at the front desk was very friendly and provided the time frame with which our appointment would be and also made sure to call on the same day to confirm. As in the past, we will continue to use this company for our garage door needs. Longevity has proven this company to be trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and an example of integrity. Other companies would do themselves well to follow 5 Star Doors' example.

Google5I cannot say enough good about the Five Star Doors Team! The young man, Tyler, who came to service our door was very friendly, professional, and had a wonderful personality! Repairs are done! Tyler made sure everything was working properly before he left. He took his time and did not rush to get to his next appointment. He made me feel like I was the most important client that he had! Do not hesitate to call Five Star Doors, if you have a garage door issue! They are the BEST! I would be negligent if I did not mention James, who set up the appointment! Very personable, with a pleasing way about him! I am extremely happy with their service!

Yelp5Only issue was trying get through to them. Had to leave message after multiple attempts. They could come out in 2 days, which was really good. They came at the time they said they would. They diagnosed the problem promptly, gave me a couple of options. Very reasonable rates. And honest, which is the most important factor which will make me call them if I have any further issue with my garage door.

Yelp5Ten stars if I could give them. I called in the late afternoon with a broken spring, and Andrew was here the next morning. He explained what he was going to do and why, then finished the job sooner than he had estimated. Knowledgeable, personable, capable and efficient. Zero price creep from what I was quoted the previous afternoon. Plus, Andrew serviced the entire garage door & opener system. I would recommend Five Star to anyone and everyone. This company is the real deal!

Yelp5I called Five stars on Monday because my garage started acting funky and intermittently wasn't closing as it should. James answered the call and let me know right away that they wouldn't be able to get me on the schedule until Wednesday afternoon or Thursday, which was perfectly fine with me as I called almost at closing time on Monday. He listened to my issue and told me that someone would call me Thursday morning (the day I picked) to let me know my time slot when they made their route for the day. Thursday morning, James called me and let me know that my slot for arrival was between 10:30-11:00. Robert came to my house on time and did his initial inspections, corrected a few things he saw that could be a potential issue. However, that didn't fix my problem. He checked all the wiring, logic board of the motor, the safety sensors to make sure everything worked properly. They were working so we came to a conclusion to rewire my safety sensors to see if that would solve my garage's problems! and it worked! Robert then checked all my wall controls, car opener, outside garage opener before leaving. I really appreciate the prompt response from James and sticking to his word on calling me back with my appointment slot on the day I chose, and Robert calling me to let me know he's 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend thai company to my friends and family. Thank you. *tip: they have a cash discount

Yelp5I gave Five Star Doors a five star review when they came and serviced my door over a year ago. I need to give them 10 stars today. From the moment I called them to Andrew who came out, they gave A+ service with a friendly demeanor. I had a similar issue to what they came out to service over a year ago and today Andrew came and fixed the problem (with a smile) and didn't charge me a dime!!! Listen up people, do NOT use anyone other garage door service besides Five Star Doors. They have me as a customer for life! Wish all companies would give exceptional service like this.

Yelp5I just had the best experience of what could have been an "Oh no!" moment. My garage door broke last night. The weighted spring above the door broke. I used "nextdoor" to find a repair company. I called Five Star Doors around 9:00 Thursday morning. I spoke to James who was knowledgeable and extremely personable. By 11:30 Tyler was at my door. In an hour he replaced the both springs and checked the rollers and suspension and said, amazingly, everything looked fine. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

Yelp5I called for an appointment because my garage door wouldn't open. Andrew answered the phone and I told him what the door was doing and how it sounded. He told me what he thought it was and I could watch a YouTube video to fix it. Two minutes later, I had a working door. I so appreciate this. Definitely made my week! He could have easily rushed me off the phone and just scheduled me an appointment. But he took the time to listen and help me out, which at least saved me the service fee. I will definitely recommend them and contact them if I have any future needs.

Yelp5Beyond great service! After another company pretty much told us "NO we're not coming out" after setting up an appointment, 5 star came out the same day without fail. Their technician was so accommodating, giving us tips about how it was installed (see: poorly), fixed it quickly and even gave us a couple of deals. This should be the go to company for everybody within their service area. I cannot stress this enough!

Yelp5I found this company on NextDoor and was so impressed with the quick and efficient service! Robert wore a mask, and quickly replaced the faulty parts. He could have pressured me to buy a new system, but he was honest and I am a happy customer!
