Google5I had a great experience using Mammoth Door to replace our garage door. Our door broke in the middle of winter, called Mammoth and they came out same day on a Friday to assess and installed new door on Monday. Great service from the office to Mike who installed our door. I will definitely be using them and recommending their company for any needs in future.

Google5Mammoth Door is my go-to company when I need garage door service. They replaced our garage door openers back in 2016 and we've had no problems since. We just had a spring break which is never fun. The team at Mammoth replied quick to my request and booked someone to come out the very next day. Mike arrived at the very earliest part of the service call window on-time and is an awesome technician. He had the repair job done thoroughly and efficiently. The rate presently for a spring replacement is $250 which seems perfectly fair considering I have none of the skills or tools to attempt that job which is better left to the pros. If you ever need garage door work - call Mammoth. Highly recommended.

Google5I was in need of new garage door openers and reached out to Mammoth Doors because they had done some work for me in the past. They gave me a fair price and we're considerably less than the several other places I called for quotes. They came out within 2 days of my call. Their technician was on time, answered all my questions, got the job done in a timely manner. Cleaned up after and even took time to show my son how the buttons worked, all the features and programmed both doors for us. We got the "belt drive" units and they are great! It includes 2 remotes for each door, nice bright led Lights, 2 new programable wall buttons, (w/ time and temperature) cameras for both doors and an app to remotely open/close garage doors. They are also super quiet. We love them! Thanks Mammoth doors!

Google5This was the best experience I've had in a long time. Not only was Nikki super nice over the phone but she was able to get a repairmen out the same day. The repairman was promoted and he did an assessment and said this is an easy repair and should not take more than 30 minutes. He explained what was needed, how the warranty works, and expressed this repair should last awhile. I was truly having a panic attack and he calmed me right down. Thank you Mammoth for being with the community and not against. Thank you.

Yelp3We always look for 3 companies for 3 quotes When looking forA repair.Or renovation? Or. RemodelFor our home. We check Yelp. We check. Reviews. And we speak toThe company. And check the BBB for negativefeedbackor complaint regarding the Company we choose. We chose Mammoth thinking that they were the best company out of the three. Although they were quite expensive. We believed. What they told us when they said we would never have to go without a garage door or An opener If we chose them. So when A week ago. We needed them (Mammoth) to come and check out The garage door opener, the insulated door springs rails etc. We spent approximately$6,000 with it only being a year old. We believe It was still under warranty. And that they would communicate to us. How long it would be? For a fix or repair or A replacement. We found out it's not covered under warranty after one year. They showed up on a Thursday, Mike oiled a couple of things barely stayed 10 minutes. Didnt replace anything although he believed it could be a " motor" or covered issue. On Friday. Apparently they ordered it but didn't tell us that, didn't communicate that it could be 10 months, three months, three weeks. I truly believe Nicole doesnt care that we cant use our $6000 garage door. Nicole stated " it takes a while to generate a shipping label" And finally, I called her back. Spoke to April & Nicole. And she's stated that she could ask Brian if he could give us a motor from a new Garage door opener that they have in their warehouse. She still hasn't called me back to let me know if that's a possibility. Or if we're going to have to be without our garage door. For another. Week, Month, Year. Nobody has said anything. So. If you're looking for them to communicate to you, dont hold your breath. The only communication we get is when WE CALL THEM! as of today july 26 we still dont know how long we will be without our door, Nicole stated "we sell their product we DONT make it" The fact that you sell something you cant service tells me alot about your company. Im disgusted that we chose the wrong 1 of the three companies we looked into.

Google5Just had an excellent experience with Alan and the Mammoth team. They were so efficient and did a great job working at my moms house. I got a technician who patiently listened to my questions and gave excellent information in addition to the excellent service and the high quality key pad they provided. Customer Service was really fantastic. No wonder the company I work for uses Mammoth all the time. Fair Price-Great Services.

Google5Chris the owner is wonderful. Pricing was great based on the product and top notch service I received. Mike was my installer for my new garage door & opener. He was punctual, very professional, and knowledgeable. He took great care and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend Mammoth Door & Construction for all your needs. Google5They did an excellent job on my grandmas garage door. The other one was the old style very heavy with springs. They cut it up and took it with them. Did not leave a mess. The job was very professional and both guys that came out were super nice and helpful. The garage door looks beautiful and so does the trim that goes with it they installed everything that we needed. We love the color and really appreciate the hard work especially on such a hot day. Thank you!

Yelp5We first used this company to get my elderly parents' garage door operator replaced...this company is SO professional, easy to set-up an appointment and an excellent value!!! My husband called around to a few local places and this one by far was the easiest to deal with and followed-through really well and had the best price - by far!!! The representative did a great job with install and was very polite with my parents and took great care of them! We also just used them again for an investment property and were able to take care of our door installs the SAME day that my husband called. My husband works irregular hours and not sure when he will get a day off and they accommodated his schedule to make it easy for him to get it taken care of...we highly recommend this company!!!

Yelp4I don't have a thing bad to say! They had the best price to install my already- bought garage door opener unit (just needed labor) and they were quick, pretty quiet, informative and have a 30 - 90 day warranty on their work. Will use them again as needed; good work and on time. Only thing I didn't know is that they took my old unit without asking me if I wanted to perhaps keep it/ repair and resell so that's something they could have let me know. Otherwise yeah I recommend them!

The industrial-grade mounting is secure, and the function of the space much improved. Future home improvement work is also planned through Mammoth Door; their professional results speak for themselves.

Yelp5got a new garage door installed a month ago, installed in a few days. Everything was good. a month later it stopped on the way up. They came over on a service call promptly and determined that it was something with the rail of the door opener (it was not purchased from them) He greased it and gave me some grease for next time. The door also was a very good deal I thought. Great experience

Yelp5Not only do these guys do garage doors they are also a full construction company and I can't say enough good things about each and every one of them. In particular, owner, Chris Jones, is the best! His estimates are fair and accurate, he's timely in his responses, keeps you informed and delivers what he promises. Chris and his team finished out a garage for us at M1 Concourse and it totally rocks and he just helped transform a property we originally thought we were going to demo!!! And it looks great! Don't think twice if you are looking for something as simple as a garage door or as complex as building an entirely new home. These guys are totally competent, fun to work with and excellent tradesmen.
