I recently had the pleasure of hiring Town & Country Door to install a new garage door opener, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. We always had T & C service and replace our garage doors and never a problem. We then decided to have them replace our storm door on our front door. First, the installers removed our storm door then found out the new door was constructed wrong and could not install it and they could not put the original door back on for some reason. Then they ordered a new door and it came in with the wrong hardware. We called many times to see when we would get our door and never got a call back with an answer. Finally, after waiting 15 weeks it was in but I had to call them to find that out. I was told then that they would reduce the cost due to this issue. The installers came, installed the door, but the bill was not reduced. The installers reduced the bill by $ 100.00 and said they would have the office call me for a further reduction but have never received a call back.
I almost gave 4 stars because my appointment was put back by four hours and the communication wasn't great about it. But once Daniel showed up, he was on it. I was so worried about needing a major job because it was the second time two rollers came off the track. (The first time a friend was able to pop one back in.) Daniel not only fixed the rollers but found the culprit part and fixed that; plus oiling all rollers and parts on both doors. He got down and dirty in order to fix my door and didn't stop until he did. Felt like he was on a mission.
I've been a customer for at least two years now. Quick and reliable service. Inexpensive prices. Quality parts. Knowledgeable and trustworthy crew. Excellent results and I fully recommend this company with a 5 star rating.
This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Town & Country Door. It's one of the best run companies I've every encountered with 100% customer focus. This time was not a big job but to help my daughter who bought a new house & previous owner did not have garage door opener. Justin came out & I purchased 2 new remotes + reprogrammed a 3rd one. It was unbelievable in that I called at 9am & Justin was there by 11am. He is so helpful & courteous. In the past I've used T&C to purchase a new garage door & various repairs. They're always timely, reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic quick experience! Springs broke at 5pm Friday. Called the office--answered first ring and easily set up appointment for Saturday at 10am. Tech, Billy, was on time and on point! Friendly and honest. Fixed me up just like new. Fair pricing and great warranty. Couldn't be happier with my dealings with them. Legit 5-stars
Town and Country Door was absolutely wonderful! From getting scheduled to executing the job was a flawless process! The pricing was honest and fair with no pressure to do more than what was needed. Jordan was phenomenal, efficient, and very friendly! I will certainly do business again and make sure to refer Town and Country Door to anyone else who needs assistance. Can't recommend enough!

Justin came out and was an exceptional technician! I was so impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and proactive communications. It was my first time using Town and Country Door and I will absolutely be calling them for any future garage needs!
The technician diagnosed the problem correctly. It was the sensors. He changed them and even helped me to program my remote. The entire job was completed in less than an hour. The price was reasonable too. Services Rendered: My remote would not close my garage door. It only worked to open it. The sensor was bad and had to be replaced.
They answered quickly but The pro came to the appointment but didn’t have the supplies necessary to do. The job and made another appointment for tomorrow but I called Angie’s list and they got me another person the same day. So I didn’t have to miss work another day. I was told there would be a $139 charge plus parts if they had to do anything. When ******* came he said he would tell me what was wrong before he did anything. All he had to do was put a roller back on the track which he did without telling me. I could have done that myself. And i was charged for that one hundred thirty nine dollars. I called them back and they said they would give me twenty dollars back. Wha t a rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. *****

Town & Country was outstanding. I called in the morning and they were able to schedule a technician for that afternoon. They were not only prompt but ahead of schedule, and the tech called to make sure that was OK. The problem was thoroughly explained to me and fixed right away. They did not do the job right and we are having lots of issues. There have been lots of issues with it getting properly aligned. We have trying to get them to come fix it but they are being difficult. It has been less than 6 months and it should not be messing up already. They even had the nerve to try to charge us for the service call when they came back out after they messed it up! Services Rendered: They installed a new garage door.
