Spring broke and couldn't open my door. Called them late afternoon and they were able to come immediately and fixed the problem. Great customer service.

Called on Tuesday afternoon because my garage door cable had come off the spool and the garage door was wedged on the tracks with the rollers extended out of the brackets on the track. They arrived early morning on Wednesday and were done making the adjustments needed within an hour. Fast service, friendly, efficient and will call again if needed. Thanks MP Garage Doors! I backed up into my garage door without it being all the way down. Shane came not even 20 minutes after I called him! His service was prompt, and his customer service was great! Shane talked me through everything that needed to be done on his end (putting the door back on track, getting the dent out the door, fixing the chain, and spraying the doors down, he even serviced the other garage door. I am happy with his work and customer service!!! Thank you Shane for saving my day!

WOW Cannot recommend this company any higher.If I could give a 10 I would. We had to go out of town when our garage door broke. Left a message via website , Charlene called while my daughter and I were on the road. She diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an estimate. She knew we where on the way to Texas for a funeral and sent someone out. My youngest daughter was at home and they contacted her fixed the issue, came in within estimate and she waited two days to ask me about the billing because she did t want to bother me These guys rock
I had to have my garage replaced back in April! I called them and they got someone to check it. The guys that came were so PROFESSIONAL and kind! After the first appointment I don't think it took a week for them to come and put the door up. They worked quick and it looks PHENOMENAL! The door looks better than it did before! I was extremely happy with the work and professionalism from this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Great company. I called them this morning and explained that one of the springs broke on my 2 car garage door. They had a crew on another site and would have them stopped by when they were done to have a look. 30-45 min after arriving, they had the springs changed out and the door functioning properly. Mark (the owner/operator) was at my house within an hour of my call, & fixed the problem in a heartbeat. Reasonable prices...exceptional service! Since our builder didn't listen to us, and installed a builder's grade door, we decided to change it. From the first phone call till the install guys left, Top Notch Service. We had in mind a particular door, looking for insulating capabilities and matching the house. Mr. Mark came out to the house and did his measurements. Then we stopped into the showroom and worked with Ms. Charlene. She listened to us and what we wanted. She made some great suggestions and even guided us in saving money. Door and hardware ordered. The guys were here today to do the install. Fast, clean, and precise. They took the old door down and go the new one up pretty fast. No doubt these guys are very experienced in their business. They even ensured that the door was installed so pretty much, no day light could be seen, minimizing the chances of critters getting in. The made the adjustments, explained the settings, and offered advice to keep the hinges and such maintained. They also told me if I had any issues to call the office immediately. They cleaned up the area, ensured I was happy before leaving. I would not hesitate recommending them...terrific customer service!

Called for replacement garage doors, gentleman came-measured-ordered. On the replacement day the men came, removed all the old tracks etc., and installed the new + new opener. No fuss no muss no mess left behind! An absolutely wonderful job! And the doors look and work great!
I just wanted to take the time to say what a wonderful and trustworthy company they are. Our garage door was damaged in shipping and we had a crease in the middle of the door. We had already paid for the door and they advised they would order another panel. I guess I was not very trusting because I was doubtful they would show back up again. Well I was wrong! Our new door is beautiful. I would recommend them highly! Thank you again!
I had a broken garage door spring. They were here within about an hour and did a good job. I was pleased with the knowledge and efficiency.
Yes, I backed into my garage door. Yes, I should have opened it before exiting garage. Good news: This wonderful company (the owner did this job) was prompt, courteous, honest, and competent. For $85 two hinges were replaced,the door straightened, and all mechanisms oiled. The results have been amazing. No more grinding. We can close the garage door at night without worrying about waking the neighbors! Plans were also discussed, should this fix not last, about replacing two door panels. Over two weeks later, the $85 fix is still going strong. We will definitely call again if need arises. Wonderful service!
Did a great job replacing my garage door at a great price. The installer was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around. The estimate was the cheapest by far within the region and included extra features being sold as extras at other companies.
