Excellent company that backs their products. We had over head door spring break while we were installing it ourselves. They said that happens sometimes and brought us new one, installed themselves and hauled off broken one free of charge. Will definitely use them again!

We have been using Southern Door for years for all of our rollup door needs. No matter if we order one rollup door or multiple at once Keely and the team always provide the best customer service you could ask for. From standard to custom they always have the best prices and quality of materials around. Thank you Keely and the team for everything you guys do!

We ordered our door in January and it was just placed today in May. Many of the parts came in bit by bit since the and much of it was back ordered but Southern Door Company kept in communication with us about the status the entire time. William and Jamie performed the installation and did an excellent job. They walked me through maintenance and pointed out some water damage near my siding so I could get it repaired. We are so pleased with our new insulated door and their pricing is very fair.

From rock-bottom pricing on quality rollup doors to high end panel electric garage doors, this company does and has it all. We have used them as our garage door supplier for many years and never had an experience less than favorable as they always stay true to their word and go above and beyond for customers and contractors alike. Keely and Jackson are top-tier owner operators and see things from a customers point of view. Can't recommend this company enough!
