Doorco did a great job on installing our garage door less than a year ago. Last night (not due to any fault on their part), the door randomly and spontaneously jumped the track and got stuck in a crooked and half closed position. It was 7:30 p.m. We called their emergency number, and they were at our house within 45 minutes, fixed the problem, and told us it was covered under the warranty. All done before 9 p.m. We really appreciated having a real person respond to our call and come to our house after hours - that's good old fashioned service.
