Excellent service, I cannot recommend enough. My garage door would only open a foot and made grinding sounds. I called Affordable Garage Door Service and received a return call within an hour. He inspected the mechanism and offered to either replace the damaged cable, or install a new garage door opener, and quoted both options. I opted to just replace the cable. He also noted that the garage door spring was very tight and needed to be loosened up. He took care of that along with the repair. He was very nice and professional, and I was very glad that I had called him. Services Rendered: The old garage door opener cable had gotten damaged and so we couldn't open the door. He diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Bob and his son were able to come out same-day and replaced all 4 springs in less than 45 minutes. Everything's working good now. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely use them again - though hopefully we won't need them for 10 years or so! Services Rendered: Replaced all extension springs on two single-car garage doors.

I've had Affordable Garage Door Repair Service to my house twice this year. Each time was due to an unrelated problem. The service was excellent. They came to my house on the day and time as promised and performed the repairs professionally and timely. I am very very happy with this company and will use them again for all my automatic garage door opener needs. Services Rendered: First Visit: One of my automatic garage door openers (have three doors) would not work. It would stop half way up or down. Affordable Garage Door fixed the problem and inspected all of the other doors and performed preventative maintenance on them. No problem with the one door since repaired. Second Visit: One of my garage door chains broke. It is a fairly old design and Affordable Garage Door had to hunt for a new part. They found a part for me and fixed the problem in less than one week.

Bob cleaned up a mess that was left by another contractor who installed two garage doors in an unacceptable manner. They didn't hang right, the safety chain wasn't installed, they weren't supported correctly - on and on. Bob spent 4 hours on site and worked steadily. Essentially he had to tear everything down and put it back correctly. This he did. He also programmed the remotes so each one would control both doors. In addition, he came when he said he would and delivered what he promised. Excellent Recommendation Services Rendered: .Reinstall 2 garage doors and program remotes.
