Installers were prompt and courteous. I had 2 large commercial doors installed. There was minor damage from the factory to the decorative overlay. The installers immediately pointed it out, took pictures, and notified their office for follow up. Install took most of the day. The installers were neat, cleaned up after, and explained the equipment and operation. The doors work great.
Overall, I was thrilled with the service on my garage door. I received service on the same day I called my local Overhead Door Company. The technician arrived on time and had my garage door repaired in 45 minutes. A big thank you to May, the technician, who did the repair. He explained the process and even took time to instruct me on how and where to apply oil to my garage door.
Service techs arrived on time, readily diagnosed problem, explained it to me, corrected it and then went on to check all facets of the two doors, oiled, adjusted down-up sensitivity, safety features all within 30 minutes. Well done
Contacted them, among others, for a quote for my garage door openers. Overhead door was the only one who contacted me back! They came out quickly and were able to get me onto the repair schedule within a few weeks as I am only available one day a week. The gentleman who came to do the job was prompt and efficient. Will be contacting them in the future if I need to get my doors replaced!

We had 3 new garage doors installed with all new hardware and motors. The full package..... the sale itself and working with Berich was pleasant as he was attentive to our concerns and questions and worked with us to get the doors we wanted. A few minor hiccups were resolved a month or so after the work was finished and we are thankful that overhead garage door came back out to fulfill the job expectations. I can't say enough good things about the sales, installation and service by Overhead Door Company of Norwich. We have been in our house for 15 years. In May, the spring snapped. Since the door was rusting because of the salt in my husband's sander, we decided to replace the door. Charlie, the salesperson, was available to come out the next day. He used to be a technician so he was able to fix the spring while we was here so that we were able to use the door until the new door came in. Because we face east and are up on a hill and with memories of Irene, we purchased a door with a windload of 140 mph. The installation technician, Matt, did an outstanding job with attention to detail both inside and out. We greatly appreciate that he programmed the keypad code for us. After he left, I noticed that we didn't have a slide lock that we use to secure the door when the power goes out. It turns out that I neglected to include it when I ordered the door. I called the next morning and another technician, Doug, was out here that afternoon to install it. We have other properties where we used the Overhead Door Company of Norwich for both installation and serve... They are timely, expert and thorough in their work and we highly recommend them.
