Google1My 90 year old Mom had an emergency call on the day after Thanksgiving. Tamia gave us a time slot of 12pm-5pm. No one show up and when I called to follow up after hours Andrea's voice was on the recording saying she will call us back. She didn't call so we tried Pure Garage Door services who grossly over charged my Mother. The tried to charge us $1,060.00 for a simple spring replacement. She ended up paying 850.00. I don't recommend either company.

Google5Eric was great! Fast, friendly and job well done. Even helped move my junk to get to the repair area! Well priced and there within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Google5Eric was a great tech! Fixed my garage door in less than 45 minutes when i thought it was done for. Andrea was also great in scheduling my appointment! This company was on time and very well priced. I would def recommend them.

Google5From 1st Contact with Andrea, to the Estimators, Salesman and Installation Crew - Steve +1 (sorry didn't get his name) the whole team were polite, professional, communicative and respectful to property. The quote was very clear as to what was to be done, and the installers were friendly, polite & professional. They were well organized and did a good cleanup after the door was fitted. They had to restructure the track due to incorrect previous installation, and I can't fault their work in replacing everything and balancing the lift springs. Good work !

Google5Our spring on our garage door broke, called Overhead Door, was told 2 weeks to get repaired. Called Custom Door & Gate had a tech at the house within an hour and made the repair. Amazingly quick, technician courteous and friendly, great job!

Google5You can't always wait 2 to 3 weeks to have a garage door repair done, looking at you Overhead Door! I have a high wind rated garage door, meaning it is very heavy , impossible to raise when one of the two springs break and my car was inside, had to borrow a car to get to work. Called Custom Door and Gate after calling Overhead Door, Custom was able to fix in three days!

Google5My garage door springs broke and within 24 hours it was repaired!!! Thanks for doing the work! Overhead garage said it would be 2-3 weeks and $100 more... I recommend custom door and gate!!! Excellent service

Google5We needed emergency garage door repair. Called Customer Door and Gate and I was connected with someone immediately at 8AM and was estimated that a technician would arrive before 12PM. Shortly after the phone call I was contacted by the technician, Andrew Forlines, who was available within 20 minutes. He arrived promptly, assessed the damaged door, and serviced the door within an hour. He made some suggestions for parts if he thought we needed any as well as gave information on what it would involve to replace a panel. I was charged a very reasonable service fee for the work. I am beyond satisfied with my experience as a first-time customer with this company and would certainly use them again for service repair needs in the future.
