Google5We could not get our garage door down on Sunday. After trying several things we called Marvin Allen Door Co. The gentleman said he would be by in 15 minutes AND HE WAS!! He tested the door and found the issue. He managed to get the door down.. Ordered the part and Thursday as promised the door was repaired. Fast, courteous service and a fair price. We recommend this company for your gsrage door issues. Thank you for everything!!

Google1I don't typically write reviews, but I am so ticked off I feel I have to. If I could give no stars I would. Very hard to get in touch with anyone either by phone or email (unanswered). Finally did get someone on the phone...didn't call back when they said they would...after my phoning them again and setting up an appointment, they did not show up and did not call. So much for supporting small business. I guess I will have to take my business to one of the big boys.

Google5Our garage door spring broke on Thursday night and Benton came by on Friday at 10am as scheduled and repaired the door in about a half hour. Door works great and the job done professionally. Thanks Benton.

Google5I called Kevin Autry late in the morning because our garage door was quite broken. Kevin quoted me a VERY reasonable price over the phone and assured me that he could have someone how to fix it later in the evening. Bradley came out at 6:30 in the evening and fixed our garage door in less than an hour! Our door is now quieter and runs more smoothly than it ever has, and I could not be more grateful to Marvin Allan Door Co. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and professional, and their estimates are reasonable and affordable.

Google5Called them and explained sping had broke and Bradley the service man showed up in about 30 mim. repared and adjusted the door in 45 mins. What a great example of great customer service. Very reasonable repair cost.
