Google5Excellent response time: we called and the service man was here in under 2.5 hours to fix our door that wouldn't open. He was so knowledgeable and efficient, and tuned up and replaced old/ broken parts. We've used Precision in the past and will use them again.

Google5Called expecting not to get an appointment until after the holidays and was pleasantly surprised to get one the very next morning. Jon was on time and gave us a heads up text when he was on the way. Jon was super informative, clearly explaining what our options were to fix the issue. He was a shining example of what good honest customer service is. Definitely would recommend them and first ones I would contact with any future problems.

Google5Called and got a real person on the phone. That was nice first off. Garage door spring was broken and cables had come loose. Called at 10am and technician was at my house by 12:15. I was very grateful. Thomas the technician was super nice and knowledgeable. Went through all my options and let me decide scope of repairs. Prices were laid out and easy to understand. Less than 2 hours later all mechanical problems were corrected. Thomas did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs
