This has been a very long and pleasant relationship. Ron always gives us a quote and sticks to it. He has always been prompt, even early, and always pleasant and courteous, even under the most trying conditions. He is a good conscientious worker and skilled craftsman, and a good supervisor. Those who work for him are lucky to have such a fair and even tempered boss. Everything Carrion does is well done and top quality. If anything was not up to our (picky) expectations, Ron promptly corrected it. Now the house is really nice, all the old problems are gone, and we are almost finished with interior painting we opted to do ourselves and ready to put it on the market. We thank Ron from the bottom of our hearts for all his help and diligence in making this house right and ready to be a really nice home for the new owners. Services Rendered: Our former home is a house no contractor wanted to work on because there were some strange and shoddy renovations by previous owners that made further work difficult, and a bigger challenge than other contractors wanted. Carrion did this work between 2006 and 2012: Replaced three exterior doors (difficult because the walls did not align on either side of some doors), Cut away concrete planter interfering with back door, Installed two handsome Pella storm doors, Installed an interior French door, Reinstalled a roll up garage door where one had been removed and covered by previous owners, Replaced two other exterior garage doors, Refinshed about 1200 sq ft of hardwood floors, Completely tore out and renovated the bathroom, installed new vanity and tub/shower, laid vinyl tile floor, Replaced six interior doors, Installed baseboard trim in most of the house, Finished off (with sheetrock) a large closet left undone by previous owner, Recreated pull down attic door, Helped us solve other problems by subcontracting plumbing and electrical work.
