Prompt professional service. Door broke over 4th of July and as promised Luke was out the morning of the 5th. Not only replaced the broken spring but tightened,straightened, and did maintenance on our old door. Highly recommended
If you have a garage door issue this is the place you need to go. They came when they said they would, completed the required work in a professional manner and charged a fair price. Following the job the store manager called to ensure I was satisfied. What more could you ask for?

One of two garage doors lost side cables making it inoperable. Dodge was there within 24 hours and resolved the issue promptly and at a reasonable price. Luke was congenial, effective and an excellent company representative.
Do not order garage doors from these people! If I could award zero stars, I would. Luke Dodge came out in December 2021 and measured for replacement of our existing doors with doors from Artisan. The doors were to be installed in conjunction with some additional renovations at our house being handled by our general contractor. We then received a proposal, which we modified, and our contractor signed off on the revised proposal in January 2022. After months of being told by Dodge that the delay was attributable to delays at the factory, in early November Dodge stopped communicating with our contractor. When we then contacted Artisan directly this week, we learned that Dodge had never submitted an order for the doors. Nor had Dodge ordered other orders for Artisan doors that were ordered by other customers of our contractor. Thus, after waiting for nearly a year for doors that we were led to believe were in progress, we now find ourselves starting all over again with another supplier.

The garage door came off the track at our home. The door track had separated, several of the rollers had come off as well as the cable came off its spool. The door was 2/3 closed; would not close and garage was unsecured. It was a train wreck! I called Dodge O/H Door first think Monday morning. The gentleman that answered the phone was honest and said the guy working in our area has several other service calls, but should be able to come out later in the afternoon. He couldn't give me an exact time due to the unknown complexity of the other jobs. Well, the tech John) called me in the afternoon, showed up and went right to work. John was a Master!! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. He repaired the garage door like is was new, but even better. It now works smooth and quiet.
Garage door tension spring were custom made to the specifications for my heavy garage door. The diameter of the springs steel was different, and had to be made a little longer in providing the same torque. Family owned Dodge doors engineered, produced, and installed the springs consistent with the cost noted on Angie's List. They did this by knocking off the price of the initial service inspection, (which they did not have to do) and made us very happy indeed! I will be recommending Dodge doors to others, and will call them again if I ever have another problem Services Rendered: Garage door tension springs needed replacement.
I called the office around 8:35am and we had service performed 2.5 hours later (can't get any better than that).The guy who was here was excellent, he was very friendly and polite. He explained what was wrong and did an outstanding job.We would highly recommend this company to anyone who were in need of their services. Their prices were very reasonable as well!! Thank you! Also diagnosed defected board on another garage door, adjusted springs and lubricated door.
The response was quick. They called before they came as they said they would. They showed up on time, and could not have been nicer. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Services Rendered: They replaced the spring, and all of the cables. "They gave new life to my old garage door"
I called Dodge based on the high ratings on Angie's list. The lady who answered the phone asked if the door failed with the car in the garage (it did not) and since it was not an emergency we agreed that the repair could be made after the weekend on Monday. I provided her with the information from the data sticker on the Torque Master (model number and other information). Jake showed up at the agreed time on Monday with all of the repair parts and tools needed, made the repairs, lubricated both doors (not only the one he repaired) and made cosmetic repairs to cover where the opener had pulled material off the garage door. He was pleasant and efficient, and charged what he had quoted on arrival. He cleaned up and removed all of the old parts. Services Rendered: The Torque Master spring on my garage door failed and this failure cause additional damage because the garage door opener motor pulled off the opener's connection to the door. The Torque Master was replaced with a more reliable device and the opener was reconnected to the garage door.
Made a Friday sometime-in-the-afternoon appointment for garage door repair, and was told a courtesy call would be made beforehand. Took the afternoon off, but no one showed or called from noon to 5:00. A voice mail message was left at 6:40 p.m. asking to reschedule the appointment. Services Rendered: Failed to show or make courtesy call
We took less than an hour in the showroom to find what we wanted and order. The doors came in when promised. They arrived at our house when they promised. The doors have worked perfectly since they were installed Services Rendered: Took down the 2 old garage doors. Installed new ones.
Luke was very professional, knew his job and worked efficiently to do the work required to fix the garage door. Services Rendered: Diagnosed why the door would not close during the daytime. Switched the receiver eye to the other side of the garage door. Adjusted and greased the door, spring etc.
