I had a problem with my overhead door, the remotes suddenly stopped working. I tried everything in the manual, reprogrammed them, they would open the door and not close it. I finally called Eastern Shore Overhead Door. Seth came out on a Saturday morning and in less than ten minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem He proceeded to adjust and lubricate the door. Extremely happy with the quick service, I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

What a fantastic company! The spring broke on our garage door and we called because they happened to be the company that installed the garage door in 2006. The gentleman (sorry my husband forgot your name) came out within a couple hours, happened to have a spring on his truck and within a hour it was fixed! Amazing service!!! Highly recommend!!!

I called Eastern Shore Overhead Doors after business hours between Christmas and New Year's, and they receptionist called me back right away, 8:30 p.m.. They really stay on top of their business, and most people were on vacation that week. I was really impressed and appreciated it. I just slightly tapped my garage door with the rear l of my Kia Soul and it set off a chain reaction that nearly wrecked the whole thing. Seth arrived early in the morning a few days later, working alone, and set the door into its tracks, reset the cable, and even did a quick conditioning/cleaning job on the outside front of the door, making it look almost like a brand new door. In addition, he screwed in a support brace in the middle of the door because it was bowing. This is actually at the home of my elderly mother, and she has not done any servicing on the door for many years. Seth straightened it out and got it running right. The door is over 20 years old and I was almost thinking we would need a new one. Now I know that the door will run at least another 10 years if not longer. I would easily recommend this business to anyone needing servicing on their overhead garage door, thank you ESOD! And by the way, he never tried to sell me on a new door or motor (He did leave me with a catalog of new doors when I asked about that option), and when the bill arrived was shocked... At how reasonable it is. They charge a very fair and reasonable price for doing great work.

I damaged my garage door and was concerned that it was going to be very costly without really knowing all the damage that was done. So Eastern Shore Overhead Door sent out a representative to estimate the damage. The very next day they repaired the door and you would never know that the door was ever damaged. The gentleman providing the service was very professional and courteous. The cost of the repair was more than very reasonable.

The technician polite, arrived ahead of schedule, and worked quickly. In addition to installing the new unit, he removed and disposed of the old one, and serviced the door for improved operation and reduced noise. He was in and out in an hour and 15 mins. Earlier this year I had two garage doors go bad on me at the same time (they were from a manufacturer which discontinued those models after they apparently were consistently troublesome). I contacted Eastern Shore Overhead Door and they were able to combine the parts of the old system that worked OK with a new one from another manufacturer, so that it worked smoothly and well, and with some cost savings. About 60 days into their usage one of the new ones began to malfunction, but in a way that was hard to replicate. These guys sent out one of the installers who had put the system in originally, and he was able to get it working, though we could not replicate the specific malfunction. A week later, it began to malfunction again. They arranged to come back and simply replaced the operating unit that had been installed. Now it's working fine. What I noticed about these guys was (1) the installer knew his stuff, both on the installation and on the repair, and (2) the person handling the service calls listened, understood, responded promptly and genuinely wanted to make the situation right. In short, I'd select these guys any time. BTW, I got their name from a friend for whom a couple of years ago they had done the installation of some large doors in a building housing farm equipment. He said they overcame several challenges in doing his installation, and he's had no problems with the doors. So they seem well-equipped to do large commercial work as well as my residential ones.
