Google5Called Yoder this morning explained my problem with my garage door the lady said she would have somebody call me and within an hour and a half I was called by a technician said he was 10 minutes away told him it was okay to come over they were clean and professional and knowledgeable got in and out in about a half an hour did a great job highly recommend them

Google1Where do I begin, other than to say if you are in the market for a new garage door, seek another company. What a horrific company to do business with bullies that don't respect the customers by just showing up unannounced, and deceitful business practices' by not telling customers that a 5% charge will be added ( when receiving the second half of the bill in the mail). After waiting for the garage door to be ready for installation, two people from the company arrived unannounced and said they were here to install the door and overhead unit. At that moment I had a crew of 4 men doing work on the outside of my house, occupying most of the driveway. The driver of Yoder was surprised when I told him that it was unreasonable to show up unannounced and he had a nasty attitude and rolled his eyes. I contacted the person who initiated the sale ( Dave Bear, and he is a co-owner also). He said he tried calling me but was unable to reach me. Then he found out that he wrote my cellphone number incorrectly. That doesn't explain why a company would send people to homes without getting confirmation from the owner. My spouse contacted Yoder office and spoke with a dispatcher, and he was equally nasty over the phone, as he was when I spoke with him myself. After waiting for another week (because I refused to allow the same nasty person show up on my property), the door was installed. When I received the remaining balance that I owed in the mail, on the bottom of the billing statement it said that a 5% will be added for using a credit card. Mind you, on the first day of meeting with Dave, I gave him my credit card for the first half, AND THERE WERE NO SUCH 5% OF USING A CREDIT CARD. Stay away from this business if you don't mind nasty attitudes, showing up whenever they feel like (it seems like that's the norm around this area), and being screwed for 5%. I told Dave that if I was going to be charged 5% for using a credit card on the first day of meeting with Dave, I would have walked out the front door of his business. What a underhanded deceptive business practice this place is doing to the public, I will be contacting the state attorneys office shortly. Do yourself a favor and seek another company to do business with.

Google5They had the part I needed for my garage door opener and a door seal. I haven't tried the door seal yet but I am keeping my fingers crossed it fits. Everyone that I have spoken to have been very helpful and professional. The first one I spoke to was Marcus, he was very welcoming and informative. I couldn't get my opener to work so they will be coming out to fix it. I definitely recommend going there for anything you need having to do with garage doors or openers. To be honest, I went to another place, by mistake, in Milford. I do not recommend them.. You will be happy with your experience at Yoder's

Google5David worked with me to get an initial quote for the door that we were looking for. We went with a 2 inch insulated steel door with a wind load rating for storms which are getting more prevalent in this area. This provided insulation, security and strength. Dave was quite knowledgeable and quickly got our quote. When our door arrived they had a cancelation and was able to get it installed the very next day. Daren and his partner showed up around 2:00pm to install our new garage door. Daren was very patient and respectful when answering my questions, which were numerous. His partner was fairly new, and Daren was very respectful and concise when giving direction to his assistant and helping him to learn. The team worked steadily to get the door installed quickly and had it installed in a very professional workmanlike manner. Thank you to Dave and his son Daren for the very positive experience with our new Yoder door. This demonstrates all of the positive qualities of working with a local family run business. Good people to work with.

Google5Marcus at Yoder and his team helped finish up the new garage door opener I installed and got there a whole day early. Parts and labor prices are very reasonable. I will only trust Yoder to take care of me.

Google5Garage door miracle workers? Leave it to me to destroy a freshly installed, impossible to get, 5 month wait time door. And leave it to them to find the replacement and have it installed in under 2 weeks. These guys are great, and their work is impeccable. Highly recommended.

Yelp4Not ajar....ok, I had to say it! Yoder's is a local favorite for garage doors. They are fast, efficient and do a great job. I highly recommend them especially for your higher end models. Bottom Line: great service and fair prices
