We're having garage door trouble with it coming off the track frequently. Called Tim, he came out the next day in frigid temps, and diagnosed the issue. He gave us three options. When asked Tim what he would do, he said he'd do the cheapest option as it would take care of our issue and when the door is in need of replacement, go from there. There was no pressure to buy a new door. AND, Tim made our garage door opener functional with no pressure to buy a new one. They arrived in a timely fashion, were courteous, polite, and did a great job. Thank you, Tim & assistant!!
