We contacted Wes at Dunn County Door with a request he might have refused but kindly accepted. We had purchased a small premade garage and had bought a door separately because we needed a bigger size than the company offered. We thought we could install it ourselves but when everything was here we realized it was likely a bigger job than we could do. Returning the door was not a good option at all because of a high restocking fee. It was not of the quality Wes prefers but understanding our predicament he soon sent two of his crew members to do the work. They carefully took the needed time to make certain all was well with a proper installation. Too, they were patient and did not show any frustration with the project, which was a concern of ours. They were just extremely professional and thorough. Also, the check we wrote that day was the exact amount quoted ahead, if all went as expected. It did and the price stayed the same; that too was very appreciated, a sign of integrity and consideration to the customer that is not always shown in these times. I clipped my garage door with the roll bar on my tractor and needed things straightened up and back on track. I Googled for garage door repair for Wheeler Wisconsin and found Dunn County Door. I noticed they averaged 5 star reviews on Google so I gave them a call. When Wes came out it took two of us to raise the door because one of the cables had been dislodged from the roller and everything was bound up. Wes methodically went after the problem, straightened things up and now the door functions better than it was when it was installed new. The job was done right, and priced very fairly. Wes and crew did an amazing job replacing our manual garage door with electric ones. They took extra time with some framing to counteract our uneven/slightly off kilter garage. The new doors look great and function well. We definitely recommend Dunn County Doors.
Wes supplied and installed 2 Lift Master 8500W garage door openers for us. He did a great job explaining our options and providing us with an accurate quote. I had 2 CHS commercial grade garage doors (16'x10' and 18'x14') and openers installed on my pole building. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Wes and his sons. We needed to large garage doors for a steel building. Wes gave us a timely and reasonable quote. The doors arrived sooner than expected and he and his sons did a very quick, calm and professional installation. The special requests were incorporated without an issue.
