Spring on the garage popped and could not open the door manually. What made matters worse was that it was the weekend and not only the weekend but a holiday. Made multiple calls to different businesses and no one answered except Solo Garage Door Repair. Made it to my house 30min after we spoke on the phone and fixed the issue within 30-40 min with very reasonable prices. Can't thank them enough for going out of their way to repair our garage. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything done to their garages.
Panic mode when you try to open your garage, and it gets stuck midway and won't close. To make matters worse, it's the weekend, and I have absolutely no idea who to call. First place I call is Solo Garage Door Repair. They have a perfect 5 star review. Alex answers the phone and states that he can come out asap. Within the hour he was here. Turns out there were 2 broken springs and because of this the top of the garage door bent, so there was this huge gap on the top of the door. He replaced the springs and added a 16ft strut for reinforcement. I HIGHLY recommend this company! You will be pleased with the level of service, professionalism, cost, and courtesy Alex gave me. Lastly, my garage door is so much quieter when opening and closing now. Thank you!!! Panic mode is gone!
. I was in the process of getting quotes to fix my garage and came across SOLO. My garage wouldn't close. After contacting Alex via phone, he came right away. The previous garage repair company said I needed a new motor and possibly railings.. the quote was $500 for just to the motor. After 2 minutes of being at my place, Alex determined the rails were pinching the rollers causing the door to move under stress. I mentioned that last guy said the motor and rails were bad. He said not a chance and simply adjusted the rails! Bottom line, Alex is honest and affordable. I paid $99 for him to adjust my rails and give the door a tune up. Highly recommend!
