Our garage door broke this past weekend, so I left a message, and he returned my call within 15 minutes. He told me they could come right out, but if we waited until Monday, then it would save a weekend service fee, which I truly appreciated. They arrived early Monday morning, fixed our door in record time, and in that it is an older system, showed me how to maintain it for its longevity.
I have used two other door services in the past, and I must say they have never actually educated me about maintenance. Roland with Art's Overhead Door, was fantastic, professional, and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer when needed.
