Google1We had an appointment scheduled and after a couple hours of waiting we decided to call to see if we still were set for them to come look at our doors. When we called for the second time (the first time they didn't answer) they were very rude and said they had already called us and told us they cancelled the appointment. We didn't receive a call and told them they must have the wrong number. When we asked what number they had on file they said "I'm not going to take the time and look it up my secretary already talked to you". They continued to give us attitude and raise their voice saying " I don't know what else you want me to say I already called you and told you we cancelled". This could have been an easy fix if they would have looked up the number they called to begin with and realized it wasn't ours. They later called back after they did their research on who they called and apologized saying they did in fact call the wrong number. This is a big lesson in life to just relax. Everything doesn't have to be a big altercation. Try to look at everyone's perspective and be a good person. I highly recommend not going to this company.

Google1Walked into the office to get information on new doors only to get stared at. Nobody wanted to help so we left. Went to another company down the road and I feel like I'm treated like a king at that place. Overhead door has no customer service skills.

Google1Ripped off. Replaced my original Sears opener, with cheap plastic hooded opener, that only worked for one week. Called and they replaced the whole unit with another new one. This worked for exactly one year and ONE month. Called again and was advised my warranty had expired by one month. They would come out and look at it for a service call charge. Hmmm..; then I suppose I would have to replace at my expense. JUNK.

Google5Had to replace my very old garage door Arts Overhead Door had done previous work for me so I called to get an estimate for a new door. Scott came gave me an estimate that fit in my budget, he checked on inventory and my door was on hand and by mid afternoon the same day, I had a new door installed. absolutely beautiful and the workmanship was outstanding, great employees very friendly well do business again! supporting local business!!!!

Google5They placed an automatic garage door at my mother's house in Kanona years ago and did a fantastic job, so I thought I'd give them a call to install two automatic garage doors at my new residence in Wellsburg. I was not disappointed. Fantastic and prompt customer service, free estimate, fairly priced and installation was a dream. I highly recommend this company!

Google5Installed two overhead doors at our commercial property location, including new framing for one door. Installation crew was friendly, did excellent work and had both doors installed in one day. We will use them again in the future.

Google5Thank you for a pleasant transaction. I needed a remote for my outdated garage door opener. I called and the lady I spoke to was so kind. I went there to pick up the remote and was treated well. The same lady that sits in the front of the building when you walk in went out of her way to assist me on how to program the new remote. She was so nice. When I got home, programming it was super easy. I had it working in less than a minute. The price of the remote was competitive too. Good business. I would highly recommend this business if you are in a situation like mine.

Google5Had a door opener for a 14' x 14' door stop working. It was one of their models and had been reliably working for 16 years. Walked in the door when they opened at 7:30. A gentleman in the office quickly began diagnosing the unit. He determined it was a bad 24 volt transformer. In 30 minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem. They have excellent service and skills.
