I came to leave my own review and was 0% surprised to see all 5 star reviews. Plyler came out during the power outage that left folks cold for almost three days. We were manually closing the garage and it came off the track; we called, and as soon as we received a response they assured us they would send someone over to make sure we could at least get it closed. They brought parts and quickly and completely services us within two hours (despite dealing with the power outage themselves) of our phone call. The technician was kind and polite. Just an overall top tier company.

Things could not have worked out better. Dave arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work as I headed to breakfast with my high school classmates. I returned and he was finishing up. He even went above and beyond, so thank you Dave and Plyler for timely and great service.

These folks are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with multiple issues on my two garage doors. Super friendly and professional. Might pay a little more than some - or maybe not as I saw no need to shop around after talking to neighbors who recommended them - but feel I got superior service and so was worth it.

Very efficient in installation of new opener and checked the rest of system, making adjustments if necessary. Had some issues with outside remote location and had to be raised to clear truck mirrors. Andy scheduled immediately with sensitivity and concern. The customer service technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Thanks to all involved.

I called on a Wednesday and was scheduled for Friday morning. Plyler's service rep came and did a very professional job installing my new overhead door spring and checked out the doors for alignment and proper operation. I am very happy with the work they did. I would recommend them.

Please be careful when ordering. Can not/Will not meet their delivery dates. The individual I spoke with was rude and uncooperative. Still not sure when my door which is 2 months overdue will be delivered.

Because I never heard back from Plyler or the door manufacturer's rep, I installed a steel support across the base of the door, and that helped with the flexing and splitting of the metal sheathing. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the whole happening. Services Rendered: Back in 2007 we had a Straight Line Wind experience that left our double garage door ruined. Our insurance company contracted Plyler to replace the door with a "Like Quality" door. The door was below quality, and was so weak it flexed in the middle and caused splits to open up in the metal sheathing. I called the Plyler Rep, and he came out and told me he would have to get the Door Manufacturers Rep out to come and see the damage. I heard nothing from Plyler for three weeks, and then started calling them. No return call.

Matt from Plyler was very helpful. He arrived on time, was very professional, and even went out of his way to point out some mold on a board inside the garage and pointed out where there was some paneling pulled away on the outside that was likely causing the issue. A very positive experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else looking for similar work. Services Rendered: Replace springs on garage door

They were punctual, friendly, professional, and very fair priced. We won't go anywhere else. Services Rendered: We called mid evening (Tuesday), due to a broken spring on our garage door. They offered to come to our home that evening to place a patch on the spring so we could open the door. We said it wasn't necessary, as my husband had Wednesday off of work. They showed up early the following morning to patch hath spring, it was fully replaced the next day.
