Friendly company to deal with. Excellent sales and installation teams. Workers arrived on time and completed their work efficiently, with little distraction.
My landlord used this business and let me say how very rude and unprofessional the workers were. They blocked my driveway although there was parking out front. I asked them to move their truck, he then asked me when I was leaving. I told him I'd be in and out all day and to please not block driveway. He then yelled at me, cursed at me and told me my landlord should have told me he was coming. I said please move your truck or I'm calling the company, which I did. He then told me I could call whomever. Shortly later someone moved the truck. When my son saw them he asked them to please not block his Moms driveway, 1 worker with the big mouth proceeded to tell my son his address and told my son to come to his house to fight!!! There was a huge argument with these unprofessional people. I would not recommend at all!!!
We got the triple pane and what a difference. Quality of windows and installation was great. The crew was polite and picked up all the waste. I would strongly recommend Window world to everyone.

Great product, great price. The installers were very professional and did an amazing job. They replaced 2 outside doors and 2 windows and cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with the final installation.
From estimate to install the team was very professional,courteous and friendly.Nick and Pete did a fabulous job installing and capping our new windows. Crew did a great job. They were very professional completing the installation while we were open for business. Clean-up was awesome. You couldn't tell they had even been there. Highly recommended. This was the 3rd job they have done for us.
Our house looks like it got a major face-lift! The neighbors have even commented on how good it looks. I received several quotes from other window companies, for price and quality I don't think you can beat Window World. I have not had very good experiences with contractors in the past and I had some concerns/issues after the window install was complete. I called the office and they had someone out the next day! All my concerns/issues were addressed politely and with 100% understanding. Would recommend anyone looking for window replacement to try Window World Erie!
