JT of All County Garage Door is Awesome. I love his personality & his professionalism. Why? Because he's very direct and he's a man of action.
We were just calling for simple maintenance. His eagle eye spotted several pins or bolts missing, immediately. He replaced them at no extra charge. He also tightened all the loose bolts, lubricated and tested everything.
To our surprise, he had an outdoor keypad in his truck, and he also programmed and installed that, at no extra labor charge - just the cost of the keypad. He also programmed two of our old remote keypads at no extra charge and even tested the opener that came installed in our new car.
No travel charge. No add-on charges. Just the $95 service call and the $50 outdoor keypad, installed at no extra charge.
This is an honest, efficient, friendly professional. I highly recommend him. You can get the truth from him - no bull - no blurred lines.
I called several companies and got "mailbox full" or leave a message - (none of which called me back, by the way - other than Overhead Door, who called back 24 hours later).
I don't like working with big companies that take me for granted. JT is the man for me. Call JT. Hire JT. You'll be glad You did.
