Google5All of a sudden our garage door was acting funny. Harold took one quick look and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed it right away we have had no problems since. Our experience with Harold has always been extremely pleasant. We will always recommend him to our friends and family!

Google5Harold with five star garage did a great job replacing the spring on our garage door. He also pointed out some other areas of concern. He communicated well and charged us fairly. Highly recommend!

Google5When our twenty-plus year old garage door system failed, we searched the web for someone local to get our system up & running again. Fortunately, we selected Harold & Five Star Garage Door Repair. What a great experience! Harold is personable, professional and thorough. He took the time to review our entire garage door system (motor & drive, spring, tracks, wheels) , discussed 3-4 options and provided a list of good-better-best solutions with detailed costs. We're extremely pleased with the changes and improvements Harold made ... our garage door system works very well. And, Harold spent the time to show us how to best maintain our system to keep it performing well for many years. We highly recommend Harold and Five Star Garage Door Repair of Eugene.

Google5Five Star Garage Door repair has been a great experience for us and we are really grateful that we discovered Garage Door Repair when looking to get our garage door fixed. Harold helped us out and was very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was fair and reasonable. Harold also took the time to talk with me on the phone with any questions I had about what type of garage door to get; Harold was also very helpful in guiding me to stay within my budget. I highly recommend Five Star Garage Door Repair. Our new garage door looks and works great! We are very happy with it.

Google5Harold was awesome very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure my garage doors were in top top shape, he is local and has super flexible hours. On our initial call the spring broke on our larger and heavier than normal door he came out on a Saturday and saved the day so we could get our truck out super convenient.

Google5Big thanks to Five Star Garage Door! Our garage door would not open, come to find out we had a broken spring. Quote seemed very reasonable and Harold had us up and running on an hour or so. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
