Very prompt. Excellent and professional job installing a garage door opener and hanging a large flat screen TV on a living room wall. The garage door opener required all parts and electrical hook-up for a large two-car garage door. He gave me good explanations on how to operate the door opener. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely hire again. Services Rendered: New electric garage door opener. And hung a flat screen TV.

The carriage sliding doors on the front of my garage were beginning to rot and fall apart this winter, so I called Andy who promptly came out to give a quote and suggest some ways to replace and fix them. I was going to have them completely replaced with a new overhead door, but Andy encouraged me to keep the original style on a sliding track since this kind of craft work is rare nowadays. (The house is a Craftsman built in the 1930s.) We decided to tune up the track and replace the carriage doors. The next week Andy looked for used doors that would fit and, unable to find the correct size of used doors, quoted a price for new doors at Jerry's. We bought three doors and painted them and Andy came over to install them which amounted to a day of work. He pulled off the old doors, leveled and repaired the track, installed the new doors, and installed new hardware. The doors look fantastic and work exceptionally well now! My neighbor also just had Andy over to fix her garage doors because she loved how ours turned out. He did a fantastic job and she is delighted with the work. I appreciate how Andy cares about the integrity of his work. He genuinely seems to care about restoring the character of homes in Eugene. Fantastic experiences all around!

Fast and efficient. Andy knows his stuff. The door wouldn't open all the way without assistance. The opener started making a grinding noise and we had to operate it manually. He Replaced the stripped gears and made adjustments. Runs smoothly now. Highly recommended.

My spring on my garage door broke for the third time in 13 years trapping my van inside when I had to pick up my grandson. This was a Thursday so I called Overhead Door Company and was told I'd have to wait until Tuesday for help. Not willing to wait I tried Stapleton Overhead Door Door and had them out the next day to see what the problem was and make a temporary fix until he could get the correct springs ( added a second) and repair better than new on Tuesday. Get service, courtliest, and professional, will definitely call Stapleton in the future with any issues.

Perfect. Andy is professional, personable, responsible. We called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday morning. Andy had all the parts needed in his truck. Each spring cost $55. The service call to install them cost $90. The price quoted over the telephone was exactly the price we paid. Andy removed all used materials and cleaned up before he left. Highly recommended. Services Rendered: Replaced two coil springs on a 16 foot garage door.

Returned my call to his cell in minutes and showed up in less than twenty minutes. He then diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot. I did not realize the light cells could get out of alignment over time because of vibrations, temperature changes and the like. When I asked for the bill he said because it took only a couple minutes and he was on his way home anyway, no charge. Andy was pleasant, professional and I would recommend him highly. Both Andy and his wife provided excellent and friendly communication. My initial phone call was returned within a few hours. He explained everything patiently and was very easy to deal with. It was such a relief to get this fixed and even more so to have it be so easy. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely call them the next time I need anything related to the garage door. Services Rendered: Fixed our garage door opener system which was broken in more than one way. We had tried to fix it ourselves and actually caused more damage. He fixed everything and even corrected a problem with the wall switch. He tightened up the chain and I think lubricated the system and now it works better than it has in the year since we've owned the house.

I used Stapleton Overhead Door at my rental house in Eugene Oregon. My handyman and I tried to reprogram a new remote and the old keypad ourselves and we weren't successful. I called Andy, the owner to schedule an appointment. He was prompt, (coming by the same day I called,) professional, courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced. He not only reprogrammed the remote and keypad, but also inspected and serviced the garage door during the same service call. He also has remotes for sale if you need one. I'll use him again.
