Worst place to get your garage door fixed !!!!! By far the worst ! Customer service sucks the people that answers phone is rude ! I don't care if you believe me our not I would go else we're if you can ! Your choice ! Over head door company you guys suck !
They service what they sell and always meet our expectations for new builds. Great customer service too.
Caleb came bright and early to fix our partially opened garage door on a day when it happened to be -40deg F. Literally saved my garage from freezing and I am incredibly thankful he made it out on such short notice on such a cold day. Will definitely be calling ODC in the future for any garage issues.
A helpful crew with a good product. They had the doors mounted in our garage 10 days from when we made the decision to buy them.
If I could rate Overhead Door Company of Fairbanks 10+ STARS I would! After 16 years of working flawlessly one of my garage door springs gave up a few days ago. I called and spoke with Cass at ODC (she was FANTASTIC btw) and easily walked me through getting an appointment set up. There is something to be said about dealing with someone who knows their job, speaks with expertise and is very confident. A few days later (2 days earlier than my appointment) I was cotacted by ODC to see if they could take care of my repair a few days early. . .not a problem!!! Matt (the Technician) called a few hours later and told me that he was on his way (again, very professional and courteous). After he arrived I watched him take care of my repair (in under an hour), cleaned up my garage door opener, installed door handles on 2 of my doors and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I have been in customer service for nearly 35 years and both Cass and Matt are seriously AWESOME!! Totally legit company with fantastic employees who know their job and have raised the standards for customer service. Well Done !!! I would not hesitate to use this company for anything else they service. Makes me proud to live where we do!
I had Overhead Door install my garage doors in 2002 and the doors have performed flawlessly for over 11 years. The installation was done professionally and quickly. I recommend Overhead Door of Fairbanks!
They were quick to get our trailer in for repair. The gentleman showed me what work was done when I came for pick up. Very attentive.
Daughter's dog ate her garage door opener, called a very friendly group of ladies, explained the situation. Gave us two different scenarios, fixed the problem and gave my daughter their card for after hours, just in case .
