Google5I arrived home at 12:40 pm on a Friday in zero degree weather, opened my garage door, only to discover that the cable had snapped. I called Fargo Garage expecting them to schedule me the following week. They had a technician who happened to be in the viscinity. He arrived at 1:00. He was very courteous. He replaced the cable and the rollers. He was finished at 1:40. I was NOT looking forward to leaving my vehicle outside this weekend given the "winter weather" forecast, however, I was fully expecting to have to. THANK YOU, Fargo Garage, for getting me all fixed and running in an hour!! On a Friday!!

Google5Received same day service for a broken garage door spring. Jake was fast and efficient, identified another potential problem so it could also be addressed, and educated me on proper maintenance to extend the life of the whole door system.

Google5Excellent service. Diligent and fast workers. Garage door opener had the gear manifold busted and had a new unit installed with an hour and a half after calling the day after Christmas. The negatives are understandable. The markup is high for the unit installed, about double for the unit as it goes online, but that would include shipping time, fee, and installing it yourself during winter. Weigh that against the convenience of professionals getting it installed, including remote outside access and wall button in an hour and a half. Seemed reasonable to me. Oh, either cash or check at service time or 3.5% debit/credit fee. Those margins hurt small businesses, I get it.

Google5STOP LOOKING, this is the place for any garage door needs. Garage door spring broke and the overhead gear shimmed off. Had 2 other quotes and FARGO GARAGE DOOR was the only one who suggested to repair rather than replace the overhead unit and walked me through why. They repaired the overhead gear, replaced the gear, and a few other needs like rollers the next day for 3 times less than the closet quote.

Google5Timeline: 2:07 pm garage door spring breaks, door too heavy to lift; 2:20 pm start search for garage door repair..... #1 "leave a message"; #2 "sorry we are 2 weeks out"; #3 [Fargo Garage Floors & Doors], owner answered phone, "here's my number to leave a text with a picture, I'll see where my guys are at". 2:29 pm sent as requested. 2:56 pm phone rings, "this is (service person) you are in luck, ETA 25 minutes. 3:23 pm trucks backs into driveway with parts and ready to go. 4:20 pm door repaired and lubed. With check in hand they were on their way. * No nonsense * No delay * No excuses Call Fargo Garage first.

Google5Chris with Garage Floors and Doors responded to a service call on a garage door that would not close. Chris was friendly, and professional and did great work. He arrived first thing in the morning and had the issue resolved in minutes.

Google5Jeremy and Jacob were quick to respond when I was having an issue with my garage door. Came out same day, fixed my issue, and taught me how to properly maintain my garage door. In addition, I asked them for an additional quote which they were able to give me on the spot. I highly recommend!

Google5Last night the spring in our garage door broke. After reading some reviews and preferring to keep our business local, FGF&D sounded like our best option, and they certainly delivered! I called Jeremy around 8am today, he asked a few questions and then gave me a reasonable quote , he was hopeful they might be able to fit us in by EOD, if not certainly tomorrow. We got a call from a service tech today around 4pm saying he could make it over! He replaced the springs and metal rollers, also inspected our cables and provided valuable upkeep advice. The door is noticeably quieter and we also no long see any small gaps at the bottom of the door. Everyone was very friendly, personable and professional. A+

Yelp5Moving to Fargo from the east coast recently, left me in the dark about reputable companies that I wanted to work with to replace the original garage doors on my home. With the reviews on Fargo Garage Floors and Doors, I felt comfortable welcoming the company to my house for a quote. Jeremy arrived on time and well prepared to discuss my options with me. He took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I had a clear idea of the possibilities and available styles of doors. His pricing was competitive to other companies that I had quoted to the project, and I decided to go with Fargo Garage Floors and Doors. We went from our initial order to installation in 2 weeks! On installation day, the team again arrived on time and prepared for the job. The installation team was thorough, fast, and very professional. My wife and I were both impressed with the quality of work done and that the installation team took the time to explain the functionality of our new doors and answered all of our questions before leaving. I cannot recommend this company enough as they made the entire process smooth and extremely easy for my wife and I. Thank you all for the great work!!!

Yelp5Quick clean and professional completely amazed at the results. I had considered a DIY project however the several days it would have taken me to do Justified the price as it was completed in a single afternoon.

Yelp5Jeremy returned my call on the same day that I left a message. He scheduled my service call at a convenient time and charged a reasonable price. Overall: great service. I will definitely call them for future service or remodeling work.
