I had just moved in to my new house. Within 1 week (I was in a hurry and not paying attention), I backed out of the garage when the door was only 2/3 of the way up. I called at 4:15 that afternoon, and the front office was able to squeeze me in at noon the next day. The technician, Tyler, came out the next morning (and was 2.hours early, which was nice). He put the door back on track and replaced the bracket that holds the chain to the door in a very efficient manner, explaining everything he did along the way. It took just under an hour. I thought I had destroyed the door, but instead, I paid less than 1/10 the cost of a new door. Both Tyler and the woman in the office provided great service, and were prompt, reliable, friendly, and very personable! Very grateful.
I was SO glad Isaak came out to repair my garage door! Not only did he fix the crooked "eye" that was giving me problems (without making me feel like an idiot for not figuring it out myself!), he suggested replacing the old wheels and generally tightened everything up. The door runs so much more smoothly and quietly now - he performed actual maintenance that the door needed, rather than a minimal patch that would just hold me over for another month or two. They went above and beyond on every level. The tech was able to address the problem swiftly and off up several solutions to best fit the budget. The Tech updated and serviced the garage in a timely matter. We appreciate Isaak's insight and went with all the upgrades he offered. Not only is the garage door fixed it goes up and down quiet as a church mouse and as smooth as silk. The upgrades also put less future maintenance on us as the home owners. Thanks again!
Bearfoot Garage Doors are "the real deal." When we called we were greeted by a very professional, real, person. She took down our information and scheduled an appointment for us for the next day. After we scheduled the appointment we received a text confirming our appointment. The night before our appointment we also received a reminder. At just about the promised time, we received a text letting us know a technician was on his way. The technician was very good. He knew everything about garage doors. It took him about three minutes to diagnose the problem and provide us with possible solutions. He then began fixing our door. He was such a nice, well-mannered, professional young man. We love our garage door opener and are very proud we chose Bearfoot to complete our job. We highly recommend them. There service is a blast from the past......prompt, courteous, efficient, and honest!
We found Isaak to be a knowledgeable technician and was wonderful about explaining everything us as he worked. He was able to quickly determine the problem with our door not opening for us and corrected the problem. We would recommend Isaak to any of our friends for their garage door problems or replacement. It is very refreshing to meet such a pleasant young man.
Isaak was prompt and in fact arrived early for this service, he diagnosed the problems and made an itemized estimate of the cost, all was fair and he did the job of installing a spring and new opener in 2 hours, very professional and well done . Walked me through the new features and explained all. I would definitely recommend this company and Isaak was amazing. Very satisfied customer I am!
