Yelp5This is the second time I've used Chuck's Door Service to fix our broken garage door springs, and it's the second time I've been beyond impressed with Mr. Chuck! I called at 8 AM on a Saturday morning, and he was here by 9. He is quick, reliable, fair on pricing, and a beyond nice guy. You won't find a better garage door service. Thanks Chuck!

Google5We finally had enough of our garage door not closing properly due to some sensor issues so I called Chuck on a Saturday evening. It was not an emergency, but he offered to come out first thing Sunday morning to repair our garage door before we went to church. Professional, quick, and reasonably priced.

Google5I am very satisfied with Chuck's Door Service. Got an appointment the next morning after I called. He showed up when he said he would. Diagnosed the problems immediately, and work was completed quickly.

Google5I was referred to Chuck probably 10+ years ago and he has done all of my garage door work- emergency and non - ever since. The most dependable, responsive, fair vendors I've worked with. I hope he never retires because I don't know how I'll replace him.

Google5We have used Chuck's Door Service a handful of times over the last couple of years- he is always prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonably priced. I wanted to leave an updated review after having Chuck out this morning when our garage door suddenly stopped responding to any of the remotes. Dr. Google promptly told me it was the motor/circuit board that would cost several hundred dollars to repair/replace. After having a plumbing professional out for another issue with our water heater (in the garage along as well)- our fears seemed to be confirmed when we were notified that there was evidence of a lightning strike to the water heater. Chuck arrived on time, promptly walked over to our wall where our GCFI outlet was, tripped it, and what do you know... Our door was working again Chuck could have easily charged us a service call fee and went about his day. Instead he helped us understand what happened, educated us on how to identify this problem in the future, and let us go without charging anything. As I said- we've used Chuck a handful of times in the past. We've had him replace safety sensors, adjust and maintenance a door that had fallen off the track, etc. But his visit this morning was another reminder of why we will only ever recommend Chuck's Door Service to anyone needing garage door service/repair. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and expertise this morning.

Yelp5Chuck was great! He arrived on time and even texted when he was on his way. Got straight to work and our garage door was working in no time. He also took the time to reprogram remotes and keypad and even walked me through how to do both so I would know in the future. Wonderful experience and will definitely call for any future garage door issues.

Yelp4So I needed someone to come look at a garage door opener that wasn't working at a duplex. I called and they were able to come out the same day to look at the problem. Luckily it was just a roller that was off track. So it took these guys less than 15 mins to fix the problem. I would definitely use this company again

Yelp5Look no further, Chuck is your guy. We realized our garage door wasn't closing and it was off the tracks on a Sunday morning. Chuck answered our phone call and was at our house in about 45 mins. He fixed our problem, took time to explain what we might expect down the road, and answered all of our questions in less than an hour, probably closer to 30 mins. Repair cost also seemed very reasonable. Thank you Chuck, we've saved your phone number!

Yelp5Chuck arrived within 2 hours of me calling to have our spring replaced and was finished in about an hour. He texted prior to arrival, was professional and friendly. I did not compare estimates but had a spring replaced about 8-10 years ago and believe his fee to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Yelp5Chuck did a fantastic job for us. He was prompt in his appointment and diagnosed multiple problems with our garage door (it definitely had issues - the people we recently bought the house from had told us it would cause problems down the road...). He explained everything to me as to what the issues were and we discussed the ones that HAD to be fixed versus the ones that could be left to rot further. I had him fix them all. He everything he needed in the truck. His price was very reasonable considering the time and the number of issues. Great guy. I highly recommend.

Yelp3Seems like a great guy, but his motto is something like "I can fix anything". Long story short, he couldn't fix ours. He gave me advice on ordering the part I need on ebay, and then he would instal it (which I won't be doing). He was also able to be at my house within an hour or so of calling him, so very fast. I mean, 2 stars or 3 stars? I am doing 3 and assuming he could fix most other issues.
