I am business owner , I called to get service . The owners of this business , should consider getting the lady i Dover some training or replace her(I think Kathy). She is horrible as my 1st contact, I was very close to calling another company . I am sure she has run away other potential clients. The service techs that were sent were great. I would have given 5 stars but she was awful.

I called Clark Overhead Doors in the early afternoon. I received a call shortly afterward. He asked if he come stop by the same afternoon. Came, assessed the problem and fixed it. I asked him to service and check the door. He told me one roller needed to be replaced. He made no attempt to upsell any other repairs. He did not have the part with him so his son came the next morning and replaced it. Both gentlemen were Very professional and personable. I felt the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call them for any garage door or garage door opener issues.

My garage door spring broke last Friday, so a neighbor suggested that I call Clark Overhead Doors. The weather has been terrible and icy all week, so I knew it would be a challenge to get it fixed. Greg and Aaron, from Clark's, came this morning and had it fixed in no time! They were wonderful, and because of my steep driveway, and how slippery it was, they took my trash to the street and also got my mail so that I wouldn't fall (I'm almost 70). The door works great now and I will call them again if I need help in the future. Thank you Clark Overhead Door for going above and beyond the call of duty!

Very thankful Clark Overhead Doors was recommended to us. We had a spring go out Friday afternoon leaving us with a car stuck in the garage. He came out first thing Saturday morning and was able to replace both springs, lubricate rollers, and check out small garage door for a very reasonable rate. Took him about 30 mins and he gave us an hour heads up when he was on his way. We have used precision in the past when we were in a bind and this was a MUCH better experience.

The top brackets on our 2 car garage door bent allowing the wheels to become detached. Call yesterday morning and 2 hours later they were on site ready to perform the repairs. They replaced the 2 brackets, with heavy duty brackets to handle the weight of the door. They also replaced the 12 rollers, upgrading what I had. After replacing the parts they inspected, clean, lubricated and adjusted both our garage doors. The result is a smoother and quieter performance. The prices was very fair and I will have them change the weather stripping. Chris was on-time, called 20 minutes out, walked me through the process, and left no sign he had be here other than a quiet, fully functioning garage door.

We had the spring break on our garage door and called them first thing in the morning. They said they could come out between noon and 2 on the same day and that they would call us before they arrived. The technician, Chris, called a little before 1:00 and was on his way. Chris was very professional and explained exactly what was needed and gave me a quote before he did any work. He finished up by 2:00. I would definitely recommend as both the service and value were outstanding!

Earlier this year, our garage door spring unexpectedly broke. Clark Overhead Door was at our house within an hour. Quickly repaired, fair price and no upselling. I highly recommend them if you need any work done on your garage doors!

Great! Fast and reliable service!!! Our spring broke sometime Saturday and we called Sunday left a message and first thing Monday morning we got a phone call and they set up an appointment for the same morning! The son came out at a decent time and he even called before he headed this way which was nice! He was polite and fixed it fast! The price was reasonable too! We had another quote and didn't think we could afford to do both springs but with parts and labor it came out to be affordable! We even had them give us a quote for a new door and that wasn't half bad either!
