Google5They were very good at communicating and able to come the very next day ! I was worried I was going to have to buy a whole new door and several new things but Shawn was able to get the door back up and going in less than an hour ! And did not try and sell me a new door or anything until i need it ! I would definitely recommend them and use them again !

Google5We appreciated Elite providing us with options to fix our garage doors and not immediately trying to upsell us. After deciding we will get new doors, Elite made it very easy for us to choose our doors and work with them. Communication was great. The day they installed our doors, it was freezing cold, but I was impressed at their ability and work. Our doors look fantastic and work well! We are happy customers, absolutely recommend them, and will continue working with them for any future garage door expertise.

Google5Chandler from Elite Garage Door Service was great! Quick response and got the job done efficiently. He did the repair that Precision wouldn't do and the pricing was far better as well. Excellent service. I would definitely choose them over others in the area!

Google5Elite Garage Door Service is fantastic! The spring on our garage door broke during this extremely cold winter weather we've experienced here in Northwest Arkansas. I've recently had some health challenges that resulted in me not being able to currently lift anything heavy. That meant I couldn't manually open my heavy insulated garage door. I called them and explained my situation and two hours later their service technician was at our house fixing our door in this extreme weather. The technician was very skilled, friendly, and pleasant. He quickly had the spring replaced and door serviced at a very reasonable cost. Elite Garage Door Services will be my go to company from now on. In my profession I'm constantly being asked for referrals and I will definitely be referring them to my clients, family, and friends! Google5Great service, great prices, and the install Johnny was great. I have a 14' and two 7' doors hung on a shop. They did such a great job I ordered another one for the house. Hit up Chandler if you are looking for a new door!

Google5Outstanding experience with Elite replacing two garage doors! We had reached out to five companies for quotes. Out of five, three showed up and just two gave us quotes. Elite definitely had the best price and made me feel comfortable they knew what they were talking about. Chandler was great on the walk through, showed up when scheduled and was very knowledgeable. Great communication throughout the process. We had an unusual height situation but he sounded confident he could get it done. Johnny the installer was hard working and dedicated to what he does and it showed in the final product. We appreciate the Elite team for coming through and installing two great looking doors. We are thrilled how quite the openers are as well as the difference the insulated panels made in the temperature of the garage. Highly Recommend Elite!!!

Google5Chandler did an outstanding job of selling me the type of garage doors and lifts that I needed for my home and shop. When it came time for the install Johnny (the install technician) emailed me the time he would be there and was right on time. He did an excellent job on the install and provided me with information on how to program the push button openers if I ever needed to change the code. My experience with Elite Garage Door Services was above and beyond what I expected. The garage doors are the quietest that I have ever had. Outstanding!!!

Google5We purchased a new garage door from Elite Garage Door Services. Chandler is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and filled with integrity! He is very passionate about his job. He answered every phone call and every question we had. The quality of the garage door is out of this world. We are very impressed with not only the new garage door but also with impressed with the service. We would not hesitate to use or recommend Chandler or Elite Garage Door Services!
