Google5Off the track and I would put back on and the spring would pull it off track immediately. Called Fayetteville garage doors and they took care of it the next day for a reasonable price. Service guy said if there was an issue just call him back and he'll take care of it.

Google5Opener quit operating the door; repair guy came within 24 hours of my call. Quick fix, it was an AFCI outlet that had tripped (duh). Adjusted, lubed, checked wiring and sensors--first routine maintenance ever on door installed 13+ years ago. Suggested some maintenance I can do myself. Reasonable cost.

Google5My garage door got stuck jalfway. The tech came after hours and did a very thorough job. He was also friendly and cheerful. He even fixed the button on the garage wall (it hadn't worked in over a year) and replaced my sensors so I no longer have to adjust them. 5 stars!

Google5I can't rave about Fayetteville Door Co. enough! I used them after a bad experience with another company that tried to take advantage of me for thousands. I then got a second opinion and called Fayetteville Door Co. Justin came out to fix the problem quickly and was so kind in explaining to me what the problem was. I ended up paying a fraction of the price and they will always have my business! Thank you for doing business ethically and highly recommend Justin!

Google5Leo did a great job helping me replace the broken trolley and add lubricant. Then the door opened and closed smoothly. And the price was also fair, compared to another service I paid with another company to fix the garage door sensor issue, it was like I got a big discount this time. Really appreciate the help!

Google5Fayetteville Door Company is the absolute best in the business. Leo the technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew what was wrong immediately and took care of it quickly. He also took the time to advise me how to properly lubricate the door and how often to do it. The person who answered the phone was also very friendly and courteous as well. Believe me, these folks will take care of your door problems at the very least cost to you.

Yelp5Used to count on Springdale Overhead Door, but due to poor customer service, switched to Fayetteville Door for two new installs. When my mom needed a repair on HER garage door, I didn't hesitate to call Fayetteville Door because I knew that I could count on them to be responsive, friendly, professional, and a good value. Never disappointed! Highly recommend.

Google5Fayetteville Garage Door company has provided excellent service for 19 years on a continuing basis for my large, heavy all-wood double garage door. In 2004 the original opener failed (after 19 years) and at their suggestion I had them install a Liftmaster Professional belt drive opener to handle the heavy door plus provide rolling code security. They also recommended a battery backup (see picture) in case of a power outage, and this has proven very useful. Since then they have always responded quickly to any maintenance or door failure issues to my complete satisfaction and at reasonable prices. To increase door opener reliability they added a second spring a few years ago, a very smart move as door is now really well balanced and very quiet in operation. I am completely confident in the service and support provided by Fayetteville Garage Door Company and they have my highest recommendation.

They were very honest about the options to fix or replace my garage door, something I cannot say about a competitor that I had called initially. went above and beyond to help program the home link door openers in both vehicles. highly recommended.

Yelp5Our garage door spring snapped this morning. Fayetteville Door Company was able to work me into their schedule today and we had Jerry as our serviceman. Jerry reminded me to put a ticket through our home warranty to save money. He completed the repair under an hour. Excellent service, fair pricing, and very professional staff both in person and on the phone.

Yelp5I have had garage door issues twice in the last 6 months. The issues were completely unrelated. Both times the technician was Jerry Nixon. He is wonderful! Very prompt, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. He is the kind of employee that would make any employer look great. If you need any kind of help with garage doors, call Fayetteville Door. And I recommend you ask for Jerry!

Yelp5The guys at Fayetteville Door installed a new door and lift last year and it has been working perfectly. I thought it was time for them to come back and adjust & lubricate where necessary - they came the next day. The tech called me 30 minutes out - spent 20 minutes making sure everything was as it should be, lubricated all the moving parts and we are good to go. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Yelp5Friday before Spring Break, I arrived home to a garage door that wouldn't open. I looked on line and read reviews. I called Fayetteville Door Co. They were so professional and friendly. It was 1:00. Buy 6:00 that evening, I had 2 new springs and the garage door worked like a charm. The best part was the price. It was only $162.00. It's rare to find such service these days. I highly recommend this company!
