I moved to NW Arkansas in 2013 and being from Hawaii had no clue about garage doors... it was not a commodity in Hawaii, they existed but usually on houses where people needed that added protection and could afford it. Here it is on almost (if not all) newer homes and it becomes No. 1 added peace of mind from theft and rodents (lol) No. 2 it really adds a complete environment in house and lot. BUT with it comes added responsibility of maintaining the "beast". Well wouldn't you know it, a bit of memory lapse and ¡crunch! the door was backed into and bent. Fortunately a friend (who was my taxi driver [please look up A2B taxi services] before I got my car) told me about his brothers business. He said if I ever needed garage door repair call him and he gave me the number. Well good thing I put it into the back part of my brain to remember but not realizing I would need the service. So I inquired of that taxi driver for the number and instantly they sent someone out to look at the door. A little bit of hammering and adjusting the door worked fine (I couldn't afford the complete replacement -- yet. I got a quote and put it in the back of my brain again). The door started acting weird off and on and getting caught from time to time, so I called again. Once again someone immediately came by. Quote was still the same. But I still couldn't afford it. So more hammering and readjusting of some of the brackets and it was fine. Until years later (4 maybe) when the door stopped working -- period! The motor worked but the door wouldn't close and if it did we were lucky to get it open -- eventually. We called again and once again he came out and said it's done he can move a bar down to the most bent panel but eventually with the cracking it could fall. We left it open for years. Security fears escalated every time I was home alone but learned to live with it open. Then finally in 2020 the people that lived with me said they could provide me the money and to go forth with the repair. So I got a new quote warning the people in my house the cost is probably higher now. $50 over the original quote floored me with surprise! I asked other door services all ranging in prices atrociously higher $50 more was NOTHING! So we did get our new door and it's great! It's quiet! It's secure! And it works!!!! Praise God! My car is parked outside because the live in family's car is newer. So with 2 minor thefts (1 only attempted both only within the garage) I feel much safer now again especially at night. I am very grateful for the service AND PATIENCE this company provided and for standing by their integrity and keeping the cost from escalating beyond reality!
They are a busy company with numerous contracts with new houses coming up all over but they are willing, skilled and courteous! Please check them out if you have overhead garage door needs! They are worth every penny!!!! Thank you Glenn and Jeff and the crew that came out to Centerton to put up my new garage door!
